Loved our stay here!
Pros: Loved our stay here! The apartment is super charming, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed—including a well-equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is full of life and color, with a bohemian vibe we really enjoyed. Easy access to public transportation made getting around Athens a breeze. Would definitely come back!

A hidden gem!
Pros: House was amazing! The location is SUPER convenient; right in the center of Athens close to public transport. I was on business trip so the spot where the house is located was ideal for me to be able to attend my meetings easily as well as explore the center of Athens on my leisure time. Many coffee shops, restaurants and shops at the area and also a convenience store just around the corner. The host is very friendly, responsive and helpful throughout the booking and also willing to assist with any questions I had. I truly appreciated the welcome wine offered complimentary, that was consumed at the balcony after the busy days. Needless to say that the house was spotless clean; bed was so comfy that I had to ask Emmanouel what mattress they had :D I would defo recommend it to other travellers (business or vacation) with no second thought.
Cons: Finding a parking spot might be challenging but I guess this is the center of Athens so it is the same in all nearby neighbourhoods.

Pros: Είναι ένας πολύ προσεγμένος χώρος με σημασία στη λεπτομέρεια, πεντακάθαρος και με όλες τις παροχές που θα μπορούσε κανείς να ζητήσει. Η γειτονιά είναι απίθανη, κοντά σε μπαράκια , εστιατόρια , σούπερ μάρκετ , φούρνους κλπ. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή για την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφτούμε την Αθήνα. Ο οικοδεσπότης κάλυψε κάθε μας αίτημα.

Pros: Πολύ καθαρό διαμέρισμα, άνετο, ζεστό, και ησυχο. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή γειτονιά και γύρο του μπορεί να βρει κάποιος ότι θέλει έχει φούρνο, ζαχαροπλάστιο, mini market. Και parking επι πληρωμή στα 100 μέτρα. Επίσης οι αποστάσεις για σύνταγμα είναι πολύ μικρές μόλις 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα.

Une belle pépite en plein centre d'Athènes !
Pros: Super expérience dans le logement de Stavros, un appartement très bien équipé, tout confort, rénové récemment avec beaucoup de goût, vraiment très bien situé dans le centre, avec toutes les commodités à proximité pour passer un super moment en famille (plusieurs boulangeries dans la rue même, un supermarché à 5', des cafés et belles adresses pour manger à proximité immédiate, sans compter un très beau marché à 100m tous les samedi matin). Plutôt calme car balcon donnant sur une rue annexe, sans gros trafic. Super literie et volets roulants, ce qui permet de bien récupérer après des journées de visite à pied dans la ville :) Et un hôte aux petits soins, très réactif, disponible et super sympa!

Tolles Appartement!
Pros: Die Wohnung liegt im autonomen Viertel von Athen, überall Graffiti, coole Lokale, eine unglaubliche Auswahl an Restaurants, für Veganer gibt es ebenfalls reichlich Auswahl (Cookoomela Grill unbedingte Empfehlung). Das Appartement ist liebevoll und schön eingerichtet, das Wohnzimmer gemütlich und die Betten sehr bequem, alles ist sehr neuwertig. Die Fenster, die Klimaanlage und die elektrischen Jalousien machen einen ruhigen Schlaf möglich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr freundlich und gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ❤️
Cons: Nichts - einziger Hinweis wäre, dass die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nicht so gut ist, wir gehen aber gerne zu Fuß und für längere Strecken sind Taxis in Athen praktisch und günstig
