Perfect

Pros: + The pool is very large, although shared by the few other apartments we never saw anyone else swim + Walk distance from Kavouri beach, I think one of the best of Athenian Riviera. + Brand new 2 storey apartment nice furniture and the game room with the big TV was nice, a kid's heaven!

Love it. Will come back to it every year.

Pros: The space is truly unique. The house is very spacious and modern. It’s literally by the pool, it feels like a private villa. It’s located rights next to the pedestrian bridge that gets you to the walkable area full of shops. It has sea view from the upper balcony. The rooms have good space and the balcony is big with a nice seating area. The team were very responsive. I asked for a child safety gate at the stairs - they installed it within half an hour. The Neighbour is extremely friendly and welcoming. Everything was great about this property.

Cons: Anyone with children should be mindful of the stairs.

Pros: For a family of five, we had plenty of space. 3 bedrooms was perfect. Two bathrooms upstairs with a half bath downstairs. 4 smart TVs. Excellent, powerful air conditioners, great water pressure in showers. Fully equipped kitchen. Fantastic outdoor space. Quiet building & neighborhood.

Cons: Internal staircase feels a little dangerous. Not suited for children under 6. But our kids were older so it was fine.
