Pros: The location and view were exceptional. The apartment was very clean. The gentleman who greeted us and showed us the unit was very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. He also came to the unit on a Sunday to repair the broken hot water system.

Cons: The unit needs some minor repairs and a new bed. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was a mountain in the middle and each person would roll to the edge of the bed. They need to repair the shower tap handle and the washing machine because it was leaking so we needed to turn it off from under the kitchen sink so there wouldn't be puddles of water in the kitchen.

Pros: My husband and I had an exceptional stay at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the location, the thoughtful design, and the high-quality touches throughout the space. The vibe of the apartment, along with the stunning lighting, created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it feel like home. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, the view was stunning, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the warm and attentive hospitality. Yannis and George went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. It’s a real gem!

Pros: I visited Athens for a short business trip and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The apartment was not only brand new, stylish, and beautifully designed, but also incredibly comfortable and functional. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to everything I needed. Most importantly, it was right across from the sea. One of my favorite features was the spacious and luxurious bathroom, and the lounge area was the perfect spot to relax. But the true highlight for me was the balcony with its stunning sea view. Spending time there after work was incredibly refreshing and calming. What really stood out was the outstanding hospitality. Everything was smooth, professional, and thoughtfully arranged, making the entire stay completely hassle-free. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Athens for business.

Great stay in a beautiful apartment with a terrific veranda on which to enjoy a cup of coffee and look at the sea!

Pros: Very up to date features. Modern eclectic. Two large televisions and a very comfortable living room area. Great location! Also very good communication with the management. The support staff (in this case Spyros) was excellent. We had one small issue with TV service and it was immediately handled.
