Great stay

Pros: Property is central located, very close to tram that goes to the centre of the city and walking distance to metro station. Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was very clean. I arrived much earlier and I was able to check in early.

A very pleasant experience due to the very helpful and friendly staff and the comfortable room

Pros: The staff was very friendly , welcoming and helpful. The location perfect . The room we had was spacious with a balcony and very clean !

Cons: The smell from the bathroom was disturbing. There was only one chair and a small table on the huge balcony for a family of three. It would be more convenient if there where more surfaces in the bathroom to put our toiletries.

Excellent location and value for money, friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: The location is fantastic, half way between the port and the marina. All amenities are accessible within walking distance. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The balcony we had in the room was huge. The bathroom was clean, with great water pressure, hot and cold.

Cons: The balcony, albeit spacious, had only one chair, while it's a double room. There should be at least 2 chairs outside. Also, it rained a lot during our stay; perhaps investing in a roller rain/sunshade (tenda) so that the balcony doesn't get wet. A dryer is also needed in the balcony to hang wet clothes and towels. Finally, the lighting in the bathroom was too dim; you practically shower in the dark.

Superb

Pros: This hotel is ideally situated in Pireaus for the ferries, Metro and suburban train station and is nearby lots of bars and restaurants. The staff on reception were extremely helpful and attentive, with nothing too much trouble and always willing to help. The facilities are good and it is exceptional value for money.

Pros: Close to the ferries. For us this was just an overnight accomodation so we could be close to the ferries to the islands early in the morning.

Pros: concierce replied v quickly, friendly and helpfully when we announced being even later in the night due to late flight. v quick check-in and loads of accurate and useful info on all our questions. complimentary bottle of water, which was great, as we did not get to buy antything during the night. location is excellent for when you need to take ferry (to hydra)
