Chic, central and affordable Athens accommodation

Pros: Koukai Beat is very centrally located, ideal for exploring Athens by foot. The apartment itself is easy to find, spotlessly clean, has all the modern amenities and is very chic and comfortable. I would highly recommend it as a base for your visit!

Pros: The property pictures relate to the apartment in real. There was everything needed for few days staying. The apartment is very well located. The check-in and check-out were super easy.

Bonita estancia

Pros: El apartamento tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, cuando entramos estaba limpio y era como en las fotos. La ubicación era buena hemos podido ir a todos los lugares importantes andando (Acrópolis, Ágora y plaza Syntagma…). Destacamos que a un minuto del apartamento hay un sitio para comer gyros que a nosotros fue el que más nos gustó sin lugar a dudas.

Good location, reasonable price, privacy and good place to stay.

Pros: Whole apartment, good location, easy to check in and check out, privacy, silent, we could cook properly using a the utensils, knife was sharp, good range of pans. Bed was a good size but could be bigger as I am a big person. Good location to order deliveries, loads of restaurants nearby. Local amenities such as restaurants, supermarket, shops, bars, coffee shops etc.

Cons: It was missing aMicrowave as we order some delivery food it was always a big portion so no easy way to re heat the food. We tried to work from the apartment but the internet was too slow. As upon arrival there was a strong smell of smoking even though the apartment ads said is a smoke free one. Recommendation. - Increase the speed of the internet. - if we go to the kitchen to work is worst - add a microwave as its really important - And check before check-in whether the smell of smoking is present.

Πολύ καλό , θα μέναμε ξανά

Pros: Πολύ καλή επικοινωνία, σε κάτι που ζητήσαμε η ανταπόκριση ήταν άμεση. Μύριζε καθαριότητα με το άνοιγμα της πόρτας. Πολύ οργανωμένη κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα για μαγείρεμα. Η περιοχή καλύπτει κάθε ανάγκη, φαγητό, ποτό, καφέ, ψώνια.

Cons: Το wi fi κάποιες στιγμές κολλούσε, ενημερώσαμε τον υπεύθυνο και υποσχέθηκε ότι θα το διορθώσει. Στο φούρνο της κουζίνας υπήρχε ένα λερωμένο ταψί, καλό θα ήταν να γίνεται έλεγχος από το συνεργείο καθαρισμού πριν δωθεί το διαμέρισμα στον επόμενο επισκέπτη. Ειδικά όταν η διαμονή είναι για περισσότερες από μία ημέρες, όπου υπάρχει πιθανότητα να το χρησιμοποιήσει.
