Cozy renovated flat with balcony

Pros: Overall, we had a positive stay. The apartment was very conveniently located, close to the center of Athens, which made getting around easy. The host was responsive and polite, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was good value for money and we enjoyed our stay.

Cons: On the first day there was a strong petrol/heating smell coming from the building system, but thankfully it was fine the following day.

Cozy, clean, and great value for money

Pros: We stayed for two nights, three friends, and had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and we felt well-rested throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, close to the city center, and the flat matched the photos perfectly. Great value for money, with a comfortable bed and good sleep quality. A big plus was the shower — one of the few places I’ve stayed in Athens where the bathroom doesn’t flood when you shower.

Pros: Good location , the flat was close to the historical site by 10 to 15 minutes walk, a lot of restaurants, cafe & shops around, The flat was tidy and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for staying.

Cons: The lift in the building was helpful for delivering the baggage, but it was very small, it only could have the room for one checked baggage.

Spacious, clean and convenient location.

Pros: The flat is in a well appointed location for public transport, supermarkets and restaurants. It is very spacious and has a nice balcony. Although it the kitchen could use some updating, the flat was very clean which is important. I was initially hesitant about booking because of some of the comments I read from past guests, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they were probably unfair. I would definitely come back.

Cons: This is more of a suggestion to the owner. It would be convenient to have a kettle, blackout curtains in the bedroom and blinds in the kitchen window.

Pros: Spacious flat, has ac which was perfect for summer, there are nice restaurants nearby

Cons: Washing machine was old and there was no lift but other than that it was amazing

Cozy apartment with amazing location near acropolis.

Pros: Super clean and cozy. Just feels like your own apartment by how well it is decorated. Also the price for what you get is amazing, being just about 15 minutes away from acropolis by foot.

Cons: Getting warm water was hard, either had to wait super long (sometimes longer than other, because the boiler always had to work hard, supplying both kitchen and bathroom with warm water) or we just cooked up some water on the stove.

It's not a fancy hotel for sure, but it was more than enough for us for 2 days.

Pros: The Acropolis is about 20 minutes by walk, the Syntagma sqaure is 30. The area is safe, there are some pretty nice bars close to the flat. It's not a fancy hotel for sure, but it was more than enough for us for 2 days.

Pros: L'appartamento è molto carino e accogliente, il proprietario sempre gentile e disponibile, ottima esperienza di self check-in e ottimo wifi, l'appartamento si trova al terzo piano, l'ascensore funziona bene. La zona è una zona tranquilla/residenziale, 15 Min a piedi dall'Acropoli e 20 Min a piedi per raggiungere altre zone centrali della Città. Mi sono trovato bene in questa zona ricca di negozietti e locali nei dintorni. Ho apprezzato il design dell'appartamento in particolare del soggiorno, tutto curato nei dettagli, ho trovato l'ambiente pulito e ben arredato Il bagno pulito, acqua calda funzionante dopo aver attivato la caldaia, camera da letto spaziosa con una grande finestra e balconcino.

Cons: L'unica cosa che migliorerei sono i cuscini, ho trovato i cuscini scomodi

Pros: A tulajdonos kedves és segítőkész. Elelmiszerboltok és kávézok 3 perc sétával elérhetőek.

Cons: A metró kb 13 perc setával elérhető.

Pros: Muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para cocinar, limpio y muy bien ubicado. El barrio tranquilo, y muy amable el chico que nos alquila.
