Pros: The area is safe and quite. There is a local market nearby and you can find everything, from morning coffee to everyday stuff. The apartment is ideal for a couple, clean and it has everything a guest needs. It is beautifully rennovated, the decoration makes you feel cozy, all furniture and appliances are new and clean. Ioannis has been a great host and we are looking forward to coming back!

Perfect apartment for solo traveling with a high standard
Pros: A really modern, central and small apartment which was perfect for a solo traveler for a few days. It had almost everything I needed. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The next supermarket is not even 5 minutes by foot. Metro station around 10m. Many bars and other places can be reached by foot. A good motorcycle rental is also really close. It had a small balcony on the first floor of the building with a normal street view. It was quiet and no noises from the streets can be heard. Since the bed is right next to the entrance, sounds from the hallway can be a bit noisy at times. The WiFi was good, it had a AC and a big smart TV. Two fridges and a washing machine.
Cons: Definitely a bummer was, that there were no daily necessities. I came home really late at the first day and only then saw, that there is no toilet paper and soap/shampoo. The next morning was planned already, so it took me a while to get it, which was really annoying and a problem. The last two days construction work started in the apartment right next to the bed. Not the fault of the host, but sleeping after 6 AM was impossible, even with NC headphones.

Pros: J'ai beaucoup apprécié les équipements et la propreté de l'appartement.
Cons: L'appartement se trouve à 40 minutes de marche du centre ville d'Athènes et le transport n'est pas fluide.

Πολύ καλή επιλογή
Pros: Ωραίο διαμέρισμα σε πολύ καλή τιμή σε καλή και ασφαλής τοποθεσία. Συνενοήσιμος ιδιοκτήτης. Όλες οι συσκευές του ήταν ολοκαίνουριες. Αναλογικά και με την τιμή του ίσως η καλύτερη επιλογή που έχω κάνει για Αθήνα. Πολύ κοντά μάρκετ, φούρνος και στα 7,8 λεπτά το μετρό. Ζήτησα να μπω νωρίτερα και έγινε αποδεκτό. Πολύ καλή επιλογή για 2 άτομα
Cons: Χωρίς να αποτελεί ιδιαίτερο πρόβλημα νομίζω ότι μια ακόμα ντουλάπα θα ήταν αναγκαία. Υπήρχε μόνο μια, μέσα στην οποία υπήρχε και ηλεκτρική σκούπα και δεν υπήρχε πολύς χώρος. Υπήρχαν 2 ψυγεία σε λειτουργία, κάτι που είναι υπερβολικό. Το ένα ήθελε και λίγο καθάρισμα ( τονίζω το λίγο ). Θα το ξαναεπέλεγα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη. Δεν το συνιστώ μόνο για ηλικιωμένα άτομα αφού έχει μια μεγάλη ανηφόρα όπως έρχεσαι από τη Λ. Αλεξάνδρας.

Pros: Sécurité Beau studio, pratique pour les séjours en couple ou famille peu nombreuse. Appartement fonctionnel Direct de l'aéroport Proximité des transports bus et metro Quartier agréable calme Commerces de proximité, bars cafés, tabacs L'hôte est adorable et donne de bons conseils pour les touristes La climatisation est un must durant l'été
Cons: Petite salle de bains mais pratique
