Un long séjour rendu plus agréable grâce à cet appartement.

Pros: L’appartement est grand, les deux chambres sont bien séparées et le fait d’être au cinquième étage avec un grand balcon et beaucoup de pots de fleurs est très agréable. Avoir deux WC est aussi appréciable. L’emplacement est très pratique à 10 min à pied du métro, proche de commerce (très bonne boulangerie-pâtisserie) et de restaurants. Le quartier est calme. Le brouhaha de la ville arrive jusqu’à l’appartement mais on ne l’entend plus une fois les fenêtres fermées. La machine à laver et la possibilité d’étendre son linge est un plus.

Cons: Ce n’est pas très grave mais il est dommage que la peinture de l’appartement n’ait pas été faite selon les règles de l’art. Idem pour le lino au sol. La cuisine et la salle de bains ne sont pas très modernes mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut.
