Elvita Apartments

Pros: Easy contact with owner. Precise information and instructions once inthe apartment. Apartment was clean and the basics for a week long stay were present.

Cons: I think because our stay was near the end of the summer season there was a shortage of crockery, probably due to breakages not being either reported by previous guests or not dealt with by staff. Cooking utensils were also non existant.

Worn small apartment... will do the purpose for short stay

Pros: The building has 2 parking spots under. We needed the parking since we came with our car. It is a small but sufficient apartment. It has all from an iron to a washing machine, and a full kitchen.

Cons: The bathroom is tiny. We had ants since day 1. The floors are worn, and the doors are dragging on the floors. It needs to be renovated.

Great value stay close to Athens.

Pros: The metro is a short walk away so very easy for getting into the centre of Athens. The air con was great. The property was mostly well equipped for cooking and preparing food. There is a lidl a short walk away to buy cheap food.

Cons: We couldn’t find many local restaurants open but it could have just been the time of year that we went.

Pros: location, air conditioning, terraces, washing machine and parking space, even though it was for a fee (5€ per night

Pros: Very nice place. Comfortable and clean. Very nice apartment. Alot of space a d 2 balconies.

Cons: It was published with parking but after I booked they told me it was not available. Found a good parking on the street but it was pure luck and could end different and expensive.

Καλή διαμονή.

Pros: Καλαίσθητος χώρος, μεγάλο μπαλκόνι, πλήρεις παροχές, ωραίο κρεβάτι και καλή η οικοδομή (πολυκατοικία).

Cons: Το κόστος της διανυκτέρευσης θα πρέπει να είναι μικρότερο (υπερτιμημένο, κατ'εμέ). Η τοποθεσία δε βολεύει για μετρό ή ηλεκτρικό σιδηρόδρομο.

Pros: Το διαμερισμα ηταν \

Καλή διαμονή για δουλειά.

Pros: Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή - πολύ κοντά στο μετρό Αμπελοκήπων. Περπατάς άνετα μέχρι στάσεις λεωφορείων και βρίσκεις εύκολα ταξί. Είναι δίπλα στην πλατεία Αγίου Θωμά και το Λαικό νοσοκομείο. Πολύ καθαρό και όλες οι παροχές είναι ακριβώς όπως περιγράφονται.

Cons: Ο κάτω χώρος είναι κανονικό υπόγειο - όπως με είχαν ενημερώσει. Όμως η απουσία παραθύρου και εξαερισμού στην κρεββατοκάμαρα (που βρίσκεται κάτω) το έκαναν λίγο δύσκολο να νιώσεις ότι το δωμάτιο αερίζεται. Οι αποχετεύσεις έχουν μια μυρωδιά, μιας και είναι υπόγειο. Επιμένω, με είχαν ενημερώσει, αλλά η πραγματικότητα ήταν λίγο πιο δύσκολη από όσο περίμενα.

Pros: Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα, προσεγμένο, υπήρχαν κάψουλες καφέ και τσάι

Cons: Δεν έχουν σήμα τα κινητά μέσα στο διαμέρισμα. Δεν υπήρχε 2η πετσέτα μπάνιου
