Loved Athens. our hosts were fantastic and were so accommodating but the location wasn’t great

Pros: bright and airy. beds very comfortable. good showers. close to Metro

Cons: the location. the area was extremely dirty and rundown. with many homeless people nearby and outside the property. my daughter saw a man injecting himself from her bedroom window. Also very noisy at night.
