A night in Athens

Pros: The location was great, we could walk to all the sights and the Metro was close enough to walk to. Our host was kind enough to allow a later checkout and she had food in the fridge on our arrival.

Pros: A beautifly done apartment. Everything clean. Everything you need is there. If you roll up the blinds you get plenty of day light. Master bedroom really nice. Clear instructions and comunication from the owner. We enjoyed it, thank you.

Cons: Not much, just a few little details: toilet door does not lock, we were a family it was not a big deal to us. One of the bedroom spotlits flickers - needs checking, it can get bad for the eyes. No balcony - it was a ground floor flat. The second bedroom is nothing like the master bedroom, it's on the poor side. Again we were a family, we let our kids sleep in the master bedroom so they have fun and good memories. But if two couples came there would be a hard decision who takes which room...

Pros: Contact with the host. Location. Food in the fridge.

Pros: Breakfast was provided in the apartment all ready and nice. There was a laundry facility with detergent which I thought was the best!

Pros: Właściciel bardzo pomocny i cierpliwy. Bardzo dobry kontakt.

Pros: Everything was fine, the local transport was nearby (the metro, the bus and the tram station), the owner was kind and caring, also patient. It was a great choice!

ładne mieszkanie, do którego warto wrócić

Pros: Mieszkanie znajduje w dzielnicy Neos Kosmos w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko sklepy, przystanek tramwajowy i stacja metra. Mieszkanie ładne i czyste, wyposażone w wszystko co potrzebne, kontakt z właścicielem ograniczony tylko do niezbędnego minimum. Samodzielne zameldowanie jest niewątpliwie atutem w przypadku późniejszego przybycia. Ogólnie wszystko warte polecenia.

Cons: Jedyny mankament, na który zwróciłem uwagę okno z małej sypialni wychodzące na jakiś dziwny dziedziniec skąd słychać było w nocy rozmowy. Ponadto obiekt oferuje śniadanie, które według mnie było bardzo ale to bardzo ubogie, za mało dla 4 dorosłych osób. Właściciel powinien się bardziej postarać.

Einfach klasse!

Pros: Einfach perfekt! Tolle Lage - Auto direkt vorm Haus geparkt und alle Besichtigungen zu Fuß erledigt. Tolle Ausstattung - es war alles da, zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer, groß Küche mit Tisch und Sitzbereich. Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer und zwei TVs. Küche mit Ofen, Kaffeemaschine. Sehr schneller und freundlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Wir waren von dem Apartment wirklich begeistert, würde ich beim nächsten Athen-Besuch sofort wieder buchen!

Cons: Da gibt es wirklich gar nix zu kritisieren!

Value for money

Pros: Καθαρό και άνετο για 4μελη οικογένεια. Για 2 ζευγαρια θα υπάρχει θέμα, καθώς το διπλό κρεβάτι στο 2ο δωμάτιο είναι μικρότερο. Υπάρχουν τηλεοράσεις και κλιματιστικά σε όλα τα δωμάτια. Εξώπορτα με κωδικό ασφαλείας. Μάρκετ, αρτοποιείο, φαρμακείο στη γειτονιά. Μην το απορρίψετε από την απόσταση απο το κέντρο που φαίνεται στον χάρτη. Μόλις φτάσετε Αθήνα αγοράστε εισιτήριο 5 ημερών στα 8,20€ για απεριόριστη χρήση σε όλα τα μέσα μεταφοράς. Στα 3' με τα πόδια, υπάρχει η στάση Μπακνανά του τραμ γραμμής Τ6 που κάνει τέρμα στο Σύνταγμα. Ακολουθώντας την αντίθετη φορά, πάλι με το Τ6, κατεβαίνεις στη στάση Πικροδαφνη και παίρνεις από εκεί το Τ7, είτε για να πας στο λιμάνι του Πειραιά, είτε στο παραλιακό μέτωπο προς Βούλα, όπου συναντάτε και παραλίες για μπάνιο. Στα 12' με 15' είναι και η στάση του Μετρό γραμμής Μ2 που κάνει στάση σε Ακρόπολη, Σύνταγμα, Σιδηροδρομικό Σταθμό. Άψογη η επικοινωνία με την διαχείριση.
