Quality at a good price. Green Art exceeded expectations
Pros: Everything was perfect, like in the photos. Super clean place with everything that you need to spend a nice time in Athens. Its not in the center but it's a 25m walk from Acropolis. Metro station 10m away. Supermarket, coffee, bakeries and small business in a radius of 1m - 5 minutes walking. The host was great and we could go earlier than the check in time because the previous people probably left earlier. Very nice neighborhood, super chilled and quiet at night. For us it was perfect at a very good price (2 nights for 115€).

A wonderful short stay
Pros: The apartment is very comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you need. It is central located. The Acropolis is 2 metro stops away. The host was very kind, she sent us detailed instructions for check-in and use of the apartment. We had a short but very pleasant stay.
Cons: There wasn't anything to complain.

Nice, cosy apartment, rather centrally located.
Pros: Centrally located, on walking distance to some of the main touristic attraction but also close to metro. The apartment is cosy, well equipped.
Cons: The apartment is a bit small for 4 persons. Ideally suited for 2-3 persons.

Would definitely stay there again
Pros: Location, facilities, clean, quiet street, friendly and helpfull owner.
Cons: Quite difficult to find a parking spot for the car on the streets in this area. But since you find one, you can use the public transport since the stations of tram and metro are nearby.

Hard to say if you’d find better value for the money near the Acropolis than at the Green Art House
Pros: Communication with Zoi was excellent right from the start. The location was convenient for where we wanted to go, with easy access to the city. Although it’s a bit of a walk to reach the hill where you can enjoy stunning views of the Acropolis and Athens at night, we found it manageable and worth the effort. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well on the quality mattress. The shower was also fantastic. While we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully equipped with everything you'd need. We made good use of the nearby Tram, just a few minutes away, and found parking in the area since the streets around the apartment are quite narrow with limited parking spaces. There are also plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, which added to the convenience.
Cons: There was some noise from the AC units at the back, and we were initially concerned it might disturb us at night. Fortunately, it didn’t, so everything turned out fine. However, the red standby light on the TV was quite bright, which could be disruptive to sleep. We covered it with a towel, but taping over it would help. Also, a ceiling fan cleaning is due.

Pros: The apartment is located at a great location in the center of Athens, but it was at a quiet street so the evening were noiseless The apartment was clean and cozy and was equipped with everything needed to have a pleasent stay, recommend to anyone who has intentions to visit Athens.

We liked our stay
Pros: The host was very kind, she sent us detailed instructions ( you need to read it carefully and everything will be ok). Two balconies, it was quiet outside and inside. Metro and tram are nearby. Fresh apartment with everything we need. 35 min walk to Acropolis. We felt safe outside when came back to the apartment at 22:00 from an evening walk. we will return to this place on our next visit to Athens. Athens is our love forever!

Pros: Spacious and clean apartment. Had a sitting area, large kitchen area and separate bedroom. Instructions were easy to follow. Close to supermarkets and short walk from trams and subway. Two stops to the acropolis. Was helpful to have extra things like oil and salt in the kitchen and it was very well equipped. Was a rack or outside area to hang washing.
