Pros: I was very worried about choosing the area of the vacation, but everything was perfect here. Safe area, near the police station. The metro is a 5-minute walk away, and the tram from the corner takes you to the beach in 25 minutes. Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment. Two full bedrooms, with all amenities. The only surprise was the small shower stall. You can see it in the photo of the apartment, but I didn't pay attention to its size in time. It can be uncomfortable for people who like a spacious shower (cabin like 40x90 cm). Each room has air conditioning. The view of the city on the balcony allows you to see the main attractions - Acropolis, Philopappos hill, Lycabettus hill in the distance. The main thing is not to pay attention to the nearest buildings)) The overall impression of staying in the apartment is definitely great. I'd like to rent it again next time.

Cons: As for me, the spacious shower cabine is better
