Pros: Very spacious, excellent Wi-Fi, wonderful location – right in the center but not noisy, with many restaurants nearby. Espresso coffee machine and kettle. The arrival instructions were very clear, but since the apartment is located in a passage, this should perhaps be emphasized – it is not a typical building entrance.

Cons: There is almost no daylight in the room as the windows are fogged, and the lights must be kept on at all times. The key box – I had extreme difficulty setting the code because the numbers are barely visible, which can be a major problem when entering and especially when leaving the apartment. Perhaps it would be good to have a small electric stove so that something could be cooked or quickly baked.”

Pros: Good water pressure, ideal location within walking distance of nost tourist attractions and restaurants. Lots of space in apartment.

Pros: It was very easy to book last minute after Booking.com's tendency to mess around with dates had me book accommodation for next year (again!). Large apartment with separate loungeroom. Fridge and coffee machine. Comfortable walk to great views of the Acropolis. Smooth check-in. Close to the metro with a direct connection to the airport.

Cons: The sofa was underneath the television in the kitchen/lounge, so it wasn't exactly positioned for comfortable viewing.

Pros: The location and value for money more than made up for the minor issues we encountered.

Cons: Our original room was unavailable due to a technical issue, so we were given an alternative room, which was very spacious. The only real downsides were an old A/C unit in the bedroom that made an audible noise when running (whether this is a nuisance depends on personal tolerance) and the fact that the toilet could use some cleaning products to remove yellow spots and create a better impression of cleanliness.
