Nice terrace, cosy studio, well situated.

Pros: Nice and big terrace with great view over Athens. Well-situated, a few minutes by walking from a bus stop. About 15mn from the Acropolis by bus and about 30mn by walking. Free car parking in the street. Very cosy and fully equipped studio. We do appreciate air conditioning when it is hot outside. Shops and good restaurants all around. Katerina is a very attentive hostess and a very kind person. Thanks we had a great stay. We highly recommend this accommodation.

The most wonderful apartment in Athens!

Pros: Before we arrived at the property our host Katerina sent us lots of information about the apartment as well as the attractions in Athens and places to eat/drink. Apartment is in a great location only a 10 min walk from the metro which goes straight to the centre. The apartment although small was beautiful! The best thing about it had to be the private rooftop. We sat out here every night watching the sunset. Katerina was very easy to contact if we had any issues and if we go back to Athens I would 100% stay here again. We had the best time!

Pros: This place was great for a couple, the hostess is available and leaves great instructions of use and places to see around town. Gave us the best place to eat dinner and help with reservations. Would definitely come again.

Pros: L’appartement est tres bien équipé. Katarina, la propriétaire a pensé à tout pour le confort. La vue est incroyable.

Pros: Все понравилось. Чудесная хозяйка. Все чисто. Отличная терраса - вечером приятно посидеть. Завтракали тоже с утра там. Если на машине , то рядом и платные, и бесплатные паркинги есть.

Cons: Единственный недостаток, это маленькая комната, но это если вы с ребёнком старшего возраста. Для двоих или с маленьким ребёнком было бы нормально

Small Apartment with endless rooftop and a angle as owner

Pros: Katharina is a angel... She is really interested in your well-being before, during and after your time in hear apartment. Adorable!!! I forgot something at a location where we stayed before and after asking her if I could send it to her she offered to organize everything for me. And after a few days I had my stuff back. The roof top is a dream... Endless space, nice view and amazing for eating outside.

Cons: The apartment is really small, but has really everything inside what you need. Maybe because we stayed there with our daughter in a crib and a small dog sleeping in her bag.
