ΙI strongly suggest it!

Pros: We really loved it! Cozy, comfortable, spacious,fully equipped, very close to many places of interest, nice neighbourhood, safe , beautifuly decorated. Felt like home. And we have to mention that Konstantinos was soooo polite , helpful and cooperative! We would like to thank him for letting us have a late check out, we really appreciated it!!! We will come back for sure!

Cons: That we had to leave! I wanted to stay more!

Clean, quiet and spacious!

Pros: The apartment was very clean, quiet and renovated as new. It has plenty of space for one or two persons. The host was polite and responsive. The neighbourhood has all you need in terms of practicalities, cafes and restaurants.

Cons: Wi-Fi was a bit slow but this is a generic problem of the specific area

Pros: Я прилетела в Афины незапланированно и бронировала жилье буквально за день до приезда. Благодаря довольно подробному отзыву одного из жильцов, рискнула выбрать этот вариант, хотя оценок было очень мало. В итоге все действительно так, как указано в описании апартаментов и в отзыве. Мне понравилось очень эффективное и детальное взаимодействие с хостом Константиносом. Апартаменты из двух комнат, в них было абсолютно всё, что нужно, включая капсулы для стирки. Точно могу рекомендовать для спокойного проживания в Афинах, если не лениво чуть подольше ходить пешком, так как всё-таки квартира расположена не в центре и вокруг нет ничего интересного, даже магазина.

Cons: Если бы апартаменты были чуть ближе к центру, было бы вообще супер. На полотенцах и на приборах были все ещё наклеены бирки из магазина, столовые приборы я могу помыть, но полотенца всё-таки ожидаешь увидеть стиранные и готовые для использования.

Lovely, safe apartment near the tourist stuff but far enough away to be quiet at night.

Pros: Excellent location. Walkable to acropolis area, Panathenaic Stadium area- but not as touristy or crowded. Quiet at night and in the morning. Restaurants and grocery just a block away. Very new and modern. Everything we needed for a basic comfortable stay. Washer was easy to use with drying rack on the patio. Felt safe. Host was very responsive for questions (messaged using the booking.com app). FYI - not a negative for me but please be aware- there are either a lot of stairs to get to the entrance of the building or a steep hill to walk up, depending on the direction you’re coming from (my 73 year old mother was able to go up the stairs with her suitcase backpack, so they’re not impossible but may be difficult for someone with mobility issues) there is an elevator once inside but we just used the stairs. Beds are very firm. Photos in the apt description are accurate. Check in instructions were easy to follow. Nice little balcony.

Cons: A smart TV would be nice.
