Pros: The place and the location were very nice, close to the bus, metro, and supermarket. To be honest, everything was great. The communication with the property owner was also very good, and the responses to our requests were prompt. The owner was very kind and did not put any pressure on us. I really appreciated that.

Cons: There were only two minor issues during my stay. First, one of the bed legs was not very stable. The bed itself was comfortable, but the leg needs to be fixed to make it more secure. However, this is not a major problem, as it can easily be repaired. There is also a sofa that can be used if needed. Second, there was a water leak from the pipes above the kitchen table. It seemed to happen when the neighbors were using water. This should be repaired, as water dripped onto the table and even onto my food on three occasions, which was not pleasant. If these issues are fixed, the apartment is very nice and has a great location, close to everything.
