Great option!

Pros: The apartment was good with a comfortable bed and it is close to Exarxeia Square! There are plenty of bars and cafes! The metro station is around 10 minutes away! We didn't meet the owner since this apartment was handled by a property manager but the host was friendly and always answered our calls! We gonna choose it again if we visit Athens!

Cons: The small oven is not so functional but the host had already informed us. So in this case, we address the owner. The apartment is in a great position and it is really nice! Also, you have made an excellent choice of a great host! Our friendly advice is to invest more in your property like adding a second air-condition, buying a new oven, and more plates and cups!

Pleasent stay!

Pros: Great option in Exarxeia! We loved the area. Markets and bakery are close! Nice bed and a wonderful balcony with a park view! Also the host, Alex, was great. Gave us a lot of information and allowed us to check out late!
