Pros: We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment. The apartment was in excellent condition, very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view overlooking the park. Every morning we enjoyed the peaceful scenery and relaxing atmosphere. Most of all, we would like to highlight the owner’s kindness and thoughtfulness – he was extremely helpful and supportive throughout our entire stay, always available whenever we needed assistance. His hospitality made our experience even more special.
Cons: Nothing specific.

Pros: Το διαμέρισμα ήταν απόλυτα καθαρό και προσεγμένο. Ο οικοδεσπότης φιλικός κι εξυπηρετικός. Η τοποθεσία τέλεια για όποιον έχει σκοπό να εξερευνήσει την Αθήνα μένοντας κάπου κεντρικά. Η θέα του πάρκου από τον 5ο όροφο είναι υπέροχη!
Cons: Ίσως ο ανελκυστήρας της πολυκατοικίας, αλλά τη δουλειά του την έκανε μια χαρά!

Pros: The location is pretty okay in terms of proximity to the sights and downtown, it's easy to take the subway or buses but I enjoy walking so I did a lot of it. The space is decent, smaller than anticipated. Technically the kitchen is stocked, I appreciated the olive oil. The balcony is cute and oversees the park and beautiful landscape outside the city. Konstantinos is very available and ready to help or offer suggestions plus he is non intrusive which always helps. He even surprised me by leaving a bottle of wine and a hand written note, about halfway through my stay. The hosting was absolutely top notch. Bed was comfortable and there is AC without which I'm not sure what I would have done, it's so hot. I think 1 person max would be appropriate to the space. All in all is a decent place to stay especially if it's a short period.
Cons: I'm a tall person and while most rooms have high ceilings, the bathroom is very low and both the bathroom and kitchen door/frame are rather small and I kept bumping into them even though I'm not a fat person. I did not appreciate how noisy the place is because of the avenue and most likely poor apartment insulation. I ended up hanging the duvet over one of the balcony doors (each room has one) to drown out the traffic noise. Also had to use ear plugs and night mask, there is just a lot going on in that area traffic wise. I blame it on the insulation because I normally live in a noisy downtown area at home but I can hardly hear the traffic and outside noise because the windows/doors do a good job insulating it. Despite how cute the balcony is, hanging out is really difficult because of the noisy traffic; it's also very narrow. The chairs are deeply uncomfortable especially if you plan on working from here like I did. Same chairs can go on the balcony but again they're uncomfortable and there's traffic. I wish there was a mixing ball available to make salads in, maybe an extra pot of a much smaller dimension to boil an egg or something small. I'm sure if I would have asked for anything Konstantinos would have provided it. Despite these things I think this place is worth staying at or at least check out

The attention was great , the communication with the owner was excellent, felt like a 5 star hotel
Pros: Location near the metro and the bus station was good The bed was nice and so confiable, nice balconies all clean and working good , it is all equipped all the apliances in the kitchen good, the washing machine there to use everything great. The hospitality and interest for their guest was carrying , they care for you . Thank you so much
Cons: The disorder on the entrance of the building papers on the floor and the elevators doors ; a little hard to open.

Wonderful experience!
Pros: Extremely well put together for travellers. Great setup. Perfect location.
Cons: Not a property problem but an Athens large avenue problem: some noise at night.
