Pros: There was everything what you need , clean and cosy

Great stay! Perfect location, super clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for daily use

Pros: Everything was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect, very close to everything you might need. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. All the daily essentials were available, making our stay very comfortable and convenient. I highly recommend this place

The apartment was very nice and the owners are very helpful.

Pros: Really nice apartment, easy access and comfortable. I really liked that the two bedrooms did not share a wall. The bathrooms were also very nice.

Cons: The elevator in the building is a bit sketchy (no double door) but you can get used to it. Also the view from the balcony isn't the greatest but it's not that important.

Pros: the apartment is beautiful and clean. it has every tool you dream off especially in the kitchen. there's a close café to the apartment (1 minute away) which is open 24/7 and a close market

Cons: the view is not good

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung definitiv wieder buchen.

Pros: Die Wohnung sieht genauso schön aus wie auf den Fotos und es war einfach alles da, was man an Ausstattung brauchen kann.

Cons: Es gibt nur eine Schlüsselbund und es ist nicht erkennbar, welche Klingel zur Wohnung gehört. Problematisch, wenn man zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten zurück kommt (Wohnung ist im 6. Stock).

Pros: Dobre wyposażenie mieszkania, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia- jest wszystko czego potrzebujesz: zmywarka, piekarnik, mikrofala, dwa tostery - full. klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Duży taras z wyjściem z każdego pokoju. Mieszkanie od podworza dzięki temu nie jest tak głośno jak od głównej ruchliwej ulicy. Na plus dwie łazienki z prysznicem. Bardzo wygodne, długie i szerokie łóżka. Duże i pojemne szafy w obu sypialniach.Dobrze działające WiFi. Dobre oświetlenie mieszkania, w tym nocne lampki. Dodatkowo do dyspozycji pralkosuszarka,odkurzacz i żelazko. Komfortowe i przestronne mieszkanie. W okolicy sklepy, markety. Przystanek komunikacji miejskiej pod domem który umożliwia dojazdy do centrum miasta i na stacje metra. Mieszkanie na 6 piętrze - dojazd windą.

Cons: Przede wszystkim problemy ze sprzątaniem. po wejściu do apartamentu od razu widać ze mieszkanie jest brudne i niesprzatane. Ogromny kurz w każdym kącie, na meblach i w łazienkach. Brudny taras. Zacieki na kaflach, meblach kuchennych, lustrach i umywalkach. Brudne podłogi. Wszystko to musiałem posprzątać sam w dniu przyjazdu. Z powodu braku podstawowych środków czystości, wszystko musiałem zakupić sam. Po zwróceniu uwagi obsłudze apartamentu i przedstawieniu rachunku otrzymałem informację że dostanę zwrot pieniędzy za zakup środków czystości oraz rekompensatę za sprzątanie pod warunkiem wystawienia pozytywnej opinii 10/10. Ponadto bardzo niewygodne i twarde poduszki [ poprzednia opinia sprawdziła się w 100% ], tylko jeden komplet kluczy, zwłaszcza ze na noc zamykana jest na klucz brama wejściowa do budynku. Niewygodne i bujające się hokery. Zapadnięta i brudna kanapa w salonie.

Dobre miejsce jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Aten i okolic.

Pros: Duża powierzchnia, dobre wyposażenie oraz stosunkowo blisko centrum.

Cons: Poziom czystości

Super!

Pros: Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber, chic eingerichtet und hat einen großen Balkon. Vom Lärm der viel befahrenen Alexandras-Straße bekommt man nichts mit, weil alle Zimmer nach hinten in den Innenhof gehen. Bis Monastiraki sind es etwa 20 min zu Fuß, man kann aber auch den Bus oder die U-Bahn (Viktoriaplatz) nehmen. Auf der anderen Seite der Alexandras-Straße liegt ein großer Park, ideal zum morgendlichen Joggen oder Spazieren gehen.

Cons: Alles ok. Einen Tag lang gab es nur sehr schwachen Wasserdruck, aber das lag nicht an der Wohnung oder am Vermieter. Der Kontakt klappt problemlos, kümmert sich sofort.

Pros: Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament, czysto i klimatycznie.

Apartamento muy acogedor y coqueto

Pros: El piso estaba super limpio y era muy acogedor y coqueto. Muy amplio y espacioso, el aire acondicionado en todo el piso se agradece mucho. Cocina equipada con lo necesario. Y la flexibilidad en hacer un tarde check-out. El wifi no nos falló en los 10 días..!

Cons: El ascensor es pequeño y no tiene puerta, es tipo montacargas. Las vistas no dan a la ciudad. Se oferta como centro y el centro esta como a cinco paradas de metro, y el metro está como a kilometro y medio del piso.
