Warm & cozy studio - apartment 1

Pros: Great location at the heart of the city. Room is very nice and clean. I found there every thing i needed. The owner is very nice and helpful. I would definitely come again.

Perfect location. Spotless clean. Good value for money.

Pros: Perfect location. All of Athen's famous spots and points of interest are in a walkable distance. The studio is very clean and very well equipped. Photos are exactly how it is in the real life. Bed is comfortable. In general, very good value for money.

Cons: Clothrack is small and storage space is limited, and may not be sufficient if you travel with a large suitcase. If you are light sleeper, you may be disturbed by the neighbours, because the inner soundproofing is not good.

Εντυπωσιακή τοποθεσία και άνεση όμορφο και ιδιαίτερο δωμάτιό

Pros: Τέλεια τοποθεσία στο κέντρο όλα είναι κοντά! Πεντακάθαρα και το κρεβάτι άνετο και το δωμάτιο. Παρόλο που έχει μπαράκι στον 6ο όροφο έχει απόλυτη ησυχία στο διαμέρισμα. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω ξανά.

Cons: Επειδή τις μέρες που πήγαμε είχε πολύ κρύο το air conditioner δεν έπιανε την επιθυμητή θερμοκρασία .

Pros: Die Lage war super, die Schlüssel waren deponiert in einer Box. Das Restaurant ein Stockwerk höher bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick über Athen und die alles ist in der Nähe bequem zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber hat mehrmals gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei, gerade das Bett ist sehr bequem. Ich kann nur die Preis-Leistung für den Februar bewerten, da war es top. So würde ich jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons: Vermutlich durch der Zeit der Nebensaison geschuldet ( Februar ) waren Handwerker deutlich durch Bohrgeräusche im Haus hörbar, selbst auf dem Sonntag. Das war aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Perfekt gelegen und sehr gemütlich

Pros: Das Zimmer war schön, geräumig, sauber und das Bett gemütlich. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben.

Cons: Leider war das Zimmer direkt unter einer Bar uns sehr hellhörig bis 3 Uhr nachts.

Location location location!

Pros: The location was the best!! Definitely easy to locate. Check-in and check-out is easy, they have a nice little website with all the information you’d need. Very easy to communicate with hosts

Cons: There’s nothing to fix about this, but it’s loud. If you are a light sleeper, you will hear the bar above you and city around you.

Très bien mais le bruit. ...

Pros: L'emplacement était super. L'appartement est conforme aux photos et est très bien équipé.

Cons: Effectivement, on entend pas mal le bruit du bar au dessus de nous et de la cage d'escalier juste à côté de la chambre.
