Urban loft with balcony across the Acropolis!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment right in the heart of Athens. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very thoughtfully furnished, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view — waking up to a direct view of the Acropolis and the Temple of Hephaestus was truly unforgettable. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Monastiraki metro station, with easy access to all major attractions, restaurants, and shops. An excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and an authentic Athenian experience. Highly recommended!

Brilliant stay in Athens

Pros: Property in prime location. very spacious. pictures are accurate. beds are comfortable. Didn’t use kitchen but looked like all accessories in place…maybe just a T towel needed, oh & loo roll.

Cons: Yes it could be noisy but when you are in such a prime location this was minor to us but if don’t like street noise then maybe not for you.

Pros: Ideal location close to numerous tourist attractions,bars,restaurants and nearby metro.

Great stay in a great apartment

Pros: Great location for the metro and sites. The balcony view was amazing! Apartment very well set out. Lots of great restaurants close by

Very comfortable stay but noisy

Pros: The appartement is very nice, from the terrace you have a great view at the Acropolis and the Agora. Two separate rooms and comfortable beds. Host can be contacted easily and gives clear instructions for check in and check out. When you step out of the appartement you are in the city center so the location is on itself is good

Cons: It was extremely noisy even with all windows closed…at one side the noise from traffic and at the other side party’s with loud music until late at night (and this was during the week, not the weekend) Unfortunately this has affected our sleep.

Recomendable aunque con detalles por mejorar

Pros: Sin dudas los mejor del departamento son las vistas! Además, a pesar de la cuadra misma que no es tan bonita, la ubicación es perfecta y el barrio hermoso!

Cons: Podría haber estado más limpio. Las sábanas y toallas podrían renovarse.

Mini Athens break from the Marathon

Pros: Fantastic central location with easy access to metro and walking distance to major sights. Lots of restaurants and food places nearby and a corner shop right next door for groceries. Communication with the owner was good and instructions on how to get in were clear. The views from the balcony are amazing and the apartment is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Others have commented negatively on noise, yes there is some as it's right in the centre, which is where lost people would want to be! We weren't disturbed by the noise at night.

Cons: The apartment was a little grubby.. I think it had been cleaned as it wasn't dirty but there were still some hairs and dust around on the floor when we arrived and the trims in the shower needed a wipe. A couple of the plug sockets need refixing properly to the wall, one in particular had come away from the wall quite a bit. Also the handle for bathroom window was broken and hanging off meaning you couldn't close it and had to leave it open.

Overall amazing and must stay for Athens! 10/10

Pros: Amazing location right in heart of Monastiraki, walking distance from Plaka and all the shops and restaurants. Gorgeous direct view of Acropolis, with temple of Hephaestus and Church on mountain also visible. Clean appartment, decent size for city, big shower nice pressure, little soaps included!! Beds super comfortable, AC good condition cooled down quick considering key cannot be left in slot while away from appartment. Amazing balcony for views and relaxing. Elevator in working condition, typical size for Athens part of the fun! Noise in area totally tolerable considering big city and central location. Not bothersome with door closed and AC on!

Cons: Few more toilet paper rolls would be nice considering we were 3 for two nights. Little market store right under apartment was perfect for that issue though! Suggestion for a few more of the big comfy chairs on balcony so all can be seated outside to enjoy the view!
