מיקום מדהים ותמורה מעולה!

Pros: המיקום היה מעולה ממש, חדר מרווח ונוח, מעוצב יפה, עם מכונת קפה ששדרגה לנו את השהות ממש!! הבעלים היו נחמדים מאוד ונענו לכל בקשה שלנו ברצון ובשירותיות מדהימה!

Cons: הכניסה לבניין נראית פחות מזמינה אבל הדירה מעולה ממש ממש!!

Pros: L'alloggio è perfetto, pulito e curato in tutti i dettagli, letto comodissino, climatizzazione perfetta, doccia ampia con box e cucina con tutti i servizi. Super consigliato anche per la posizione, anche se in una zona di locali non si sente alcun rumore dalla strada

דירה מעולה במיקום מעולה. תמורה שווה למחיר.

Pros: מיקום מעולה קודם כל!! דירה מעולה לזוג. הדירה נמצאת בשכונה הכי טובה באתונה ובמיקום הכי טוב בשכונה. לא רועש בכלל אבל קרוב להכל במרחק של 5 דקות הליכה במקסימום למקום הכי רחוק בשכונה. הדירה נעימה ושקטה. מים חמים (היינו בדצמבר) רק צריך לדאוג להדליק את הדוד ויש מהר מאד. מטבח מאובזר בהכללללל מנהלי הנכס ובעלת הנכס היו איתנו בתקשורת כל הזמן והיו זמינים לכל שאלה שהייתה כולל הכוונות למסעדות ויציאות גם בשעות הערב המאוחרות.

Cons: לא מצליח לחשוב על משהו רע. באמת.
