Pros: The location of the property is ideal, just a 5-minute walk from Monastiraki and Plaka, in Psiri the area full of tavernas and bars. As for the apartment, it offers plenty of space for two people, and it has all the necessities you need.

Cons: The only negative thing is the air conditioner, which takes quite a long time to heat up the room. It wasn’t very cold now, so it wasn’t a big issue, but on colder or hotter days this could be a problem.

Very good location for a first time in Athens

Pros: Modern, spacious apartment in a fantastic location. It is a short walk to the Acropolis and there is an abundance of restaurants and bars near-by. Thank you for your hospitality!

Cons: The external appearance of the building is rather off-putting - lots of graffiti. We weren't sure if we had the correct location when we arrived.

Can't beat the location!

Pros: Modern, spacious apartment in a fantastic location. We came from Piraeus Port and the train stop was literally a 5 min walk from the apartment. It is a short walk to the Acropolis and there is an abundance of restaurants and bars near-by. The interior of the apartment was really pretty. The kitchen area looked fab - although we didn't use it - we were only there for 2 nights.

Cons: The air conditioning wasn't plugged in but, when Marius discovered what was wrong, he sorted it. Other than this, all was 100 %

Cons: Didn’t run across anyone, a bit scary when I went back late at night.

Very comfortable, great location, excellent value for money

Pros: Excellent location. Spacious and well-equipped apartment (small fridge, kitchenware, kettle, towels, etc.). Convenient and precise entry and key collection instructions (including instructions and options for storing belongings after departure). Good and available communication with the owner. Excellent value for money.

Cons: The entrance door to the hotel with graffiti, looked a little strange to some of the members (in my opinion without reason, it's really in keeping with the character of the environment). The shower head rack was broken. The balcony was a little less clean than it should have been.
