Pros: The apartment is really beautiful, clean and, functional. Located close to the Metro for easy travel to all tourist attractions. The area also have multiple shops, restaurants and bakeries in walking distance from the apartment.

Pros: The localisation is very close to the metro station, safe and perfect starting point for sightseeing all monuments and museums in Athens! 🏛️🏺🇬🇷 The flat is fully equipped and suitable for even 4 people (we were just 2, me and my mum). Communication with the owner is very clear and everything was prepared for our arrival, we had no doubts. The owner is very helpful and answers all the questions very quickly (also explained how to arrive with the metro from the airport). It definitely made our stay in Athens even better! I definitely recommend this accommodation 🇬🇷👍🏼

Pros: Good location, very friendly host, flat good for family, and equipped with everything you need for a good say.

Cons: A bit noisy at night and little dark.

Pros: Everything was ok, we had a wonderful 2 days in Athens.

Pros: the appartement has the right price. Luckily not too touristic. All facilities available. Good communication with the renter.

Cons: a cockroage, but I think it came from outside.

Pros: A spacious, comfortable, and very clean apartment. The kitchen provides all the essentials that any guest may need. The bathroom had a washing machine and dryer for clothes, the area was very safe with many shops and stores. Hope to visit this apartment again. Many thanks to Manolis who waited for us at the entrance and gave us all the information we need.

Pros: We were welcomed by the Mr. Manolis, he was very kind, he showed us the whole apartment and gave us all the information we asked for. The apartment was very clean with all the facilities that any guest may need. The area was very good with many shops, restaurants, and a super market, the bus and metro very close. Thank you for everything that made our stay wonderful, I hope if I come to Athens again we can visit you again.

Best place to stay with family and with very reasonable budget.

Pros: The people are really welcome and accommodative. I can see that they are so passionate about maintaining the property so neat. We feel like this as our home. They allowed us for early check-in by 11.00 am, instead of 2.00pm. All the best to their team. By the It's walkable distance to the Kato Patisia Metri Station.

Cons: The washroom is little small, but that's OK. Nothing to say wrong about this property.

A delightful and lovely apartment to stay in, made my holiday even better!

Pros: The apartment was extremely well furnished and equipped, very clean, lovely decor and ornaments, lovely touches for a very homely feel, fully equipped kitchen, again with everything you would have at home. Extremely comfortable bed, pillows, extra pillows and blankets provided. Everything you need is there. I was welcomed by a lovely lady and shown around, shown all the things i needed to know, for example trip switch box etc. I highly recommend!

Cons: There was nothing to dislike

Nice inexpensive place to stay.

Pros: The property conveniently located in the vicinity of city centre. Good access to public transport ( about 10 min walk to the nearest Metro station). Me and my wife were looking for an inexpensive place for few day stay in Athens and Manolitos met our expectation. Apartment was tidy, the facilities were all working and covered all of our essential needs. Hosts were very friendly and happy to provide help whenever needed.

Cons: Overall I am happy with my stay. And I want to make it clear. However my score would have been better if it wasn't for the fact that some facilities would benefit from renovation. Kitchen top and sofa surely need some maintenance work. Having said that I would still recommend Manolitos Apartment as a good value for money place to stay when visiting Athens.
