Koukaki Spacious Penthouse with parking for Small Car

Pros: Gorgeous apartment, huge wrap around balcony, photos didn't do it justice! 3 good size bedrooms. Big living room with TV that we never even turned on! A lot of traffic but can't be heard from inside

Cons: Fine for us but might be a bit too long for others to walk to attractions, about 20 mins to Acropolis. Only comment really is that we had to buy our own wine bottle opener, the 2 in the drawer were broken and there was one broken wine glass in the cabinet. Showers a little small but bathrooms are wetrooms so it's ok if water escapes

Pros: Το σπίτι πολύ ευρύχωρο, τεράστιο θα έλεγα... τρια υπνοδωμάτια, τρία μπάνια,μεγάλη κουζίνα με τραπεζαρία, μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με υπέροχη θέα (μέχρι και η Ακρόπολη φαινόταν)...σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, μικρή απόσταση από σταθμό μετρό, λεωφορείων και τραμ... τριγύρω υπάρχουν πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό... καθαρό...πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με τον/την ιδιόκτητη/τρία....μας παρείχαν και χώρο στάθμευσης για το όχημα μας(τουλάχιστον το ένα από τα δύο οχήματα ήταν σε εσωτερικό χώρο στάθμευσης) μιας και ήμασταν 2 οικογένειες...καλή ταχύτητα internet... υπήρχε μηχανή για εσπρέσσο, τοστιέρα, μεγάλο ψυγείο...το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα...

Cons: Επειδή το σπίτι είναι μεγάλο ήταν λίγο δύσκολο να ζεσταθεί μόνο με τα air condition, αλλά δεν ήταν κάτι τραγικό...

Perfect for a large family

Pros: The location is amazing. Convenient to all the sites. There's a great little bakery/restaurant nearby that was so good and perfect for breakfast. Places with enough rooms for a larger family are hard to find. The layout worked really well for our mixed generation family group.

Cons: The elevators were confusing for non Europeans like us. If you arrive in the dark be patient and follow the instructions to the letter.

Pros: Apartamentul este situat intr-o zona linistita, aproape de obiectivele turistice, dispune deco terasa mare de unde am avut o vedere minunata asupra orasului. Gazda foarte amabila !
