Pros: A wonderful stay, a wonderful host. So tasteful, thoughtful in every detail, (Imagine, they even had a kitchen scale!) simple yet luxurious. Spotlessly clean. I felt more comfortable than in my own home. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly. She always looked out for us without making us feel uncomfortable and made us feel at home.

Cons: Only the part about going back home

The best house in Kolonaki.

Pros: We had an absolutely perfect 4-day stay. Every detail of the accommodation was wonderful. If we ever come back, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We enjoyed it so much that most of the time we didn’t even want to leave the apartment — it truly felt like home. The place was extremely comfortable, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped. Every little detail had been thoughtfully considered; there was absolutely nothing missing. The host was amazing — always responsive, incredibly kind, and very helpful with everything. All the recommendations for exploring the city and for food were spot on. They were not touristy at all, but truly local suggestions from someone who really knows and lives in the city, which we deeply appreciated. You can book with complete confidence. Without a doubt, this is the best option in Kolonaki. ❤️

Pros: We are a family of six, travel at least twice a year and always choose our accomodation carefully. 20nty Kolonaki is an lovely apartment in an excellent part of Athens. It is wonderfully decorated and Maria is an supernice host! This is our absolut top stay! Highly recommended!

A place as comfortable as home

Pros: Very comfortable and spacious apartment in a quiet building. Everything in the apartment is very thoughtfully arranged, the wide range of kitchen appliances, comfortable beds and soft towels. Our family really enjoyed staying at this place. It provided very homey feeling after everyday’s itinerary

Pros: This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment was pristine, stylish, well appointed and included everything we needed. We were two couples travelling together and found it very spacious and comfortable. It is well located in an upmarket area, Kolonaki, only a 15 minute walk to Syntagma square and Plaka. The washing machine was very welcome after nearly 4 weeks of travelling and the lovely balcony overlooking Skoufa Street was a bonus. Host Maria was super responsive and very helpful, storing and delivering our luggage to the apartment while we explored Athens, showing us all the apartment features, leaving bread, juice and even wine for us and arranging an airport transfer for us on the last day. Thank you so much! If ever returning to Athens, we would absolutely stay again.

Cons: The accommodation is three floors up and was advertised as having a lift, however we walked the stairs all three floors as we were warned by the host that the lift sometimes breaks down and we should not use it.

Pros: What isn’t there to love. It’s a beautifully decorated, modern and extremely spacious apartment in Kolonaki. The pictures in the photos are exactly how the apartment is presented. Maria was an extremely wonderful host who met us at the apartment when we arrived from the airport. She had also had bottled water, bottled juices, white wine and a tsoureki to welcome us upon our arrival. She also recommended places we should visit while we were in Athens. Thank you Maria for going above and beyond to help us during our stay. Your assistance is and was greatly appreciated by us all.

Perfect!

Pros: We loved everything about this apartment! It was modern and immaculate. Maria was amazing, great communication, she met us at the apartment and left bread, wine, coffee etc! We were also able to have a late checkout, she couldn’t have been more accomodating! The location was also perfect close to everything but out of the tourist traps with quality cafes and restaurants.

Pros: Good size. Central location. Good bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Very attentive host.

Cons: Nothing. As an observation however, if there were six people staying, it could do with another couple of armchairs.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in Athens. The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The apartment is very well managed, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen comes with a coffee maker and capsules, a selection of teas, and all the essentials for cooking. Closets are spacious with plenty of hangers, and fresh towels were thoughtfully prepared. The air conditioning kept us perfectly cool even in the middle of the Greek summer. We especially loved the warm welcome with juices, bread, and wine upon our arrival—it made us feel right at home.
