We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the staff were all pleasant. I will stay here again.

Pros: The location was perfect for us because its few steps away from the metro and lots of buses. You can walk to some important landmarks, if you want to walk. We walked to the flea market and the Syntagma square. There is also a pick/drop off stop for the hop on and off tour buses. There were loads of restaurants/cafes around, if you don't fancy eating at the hotel. I chose the room with fountain view, but can not access the balcony, but the door opens a bit to allow fresh air. The view was pleasant. The room size was large enough for 2 and there was a wardrobe space, kettle, teas, sugar, mugs and drinking glasses. You can request for extras. Breakfast was nice with different varieties.

Cons: I requested for a double bed, as I was asked my preference at the time of booking but could not meet my request, maybe they would if they could and this will not prevent me from returning. I also wanted to warm up some left over food which I bought from an African restaurant but the kitchen staff could not meet my request which I understand, it might be company policy, but its ok. I ate it cold.

Difficult loading and unloading zone

Pros: the receptionists were very welcoming Room has air conditioners. bed is comfortable, and breakfast is ample.

Cons: the hotel does not have own parking spot. making loading and unloading at roadside very tough. parking garage is 200m away and cost 12 Euros .

Pros: Very professional and helpful staff. Easy access to tourist attractions, hotel is located near a metro station.

Cons: The refrigerator in the room was turned off, when opened there was an unpleasant smell. When turned on, it was very noisy. The door to the balcony does not open all the way.

Top class service and location

Pros: Excellent service, breakfast buffet and lively location showing real Athens, not only archaeological sites and museums. This is in addition to being near metro

Pros: The staff was so lovely and very welcoming. I made a last minute reservation because I was initially staying in a different hotel (really bad experience) so they made sure my room was ready in priority. Will definitely go back! I highly recommend it. Thank you so much to the staff for their help and warmth!

Pros: Breakfast was nice and the food in the restaurant for dinner was also a gem and for a okay price.

Cons: The location was a bit messy (dirty and quite noisy streets) but handy (close to city centre) at the same time

Everything hotel-wise was great

Pros: A good, comfortable, very clean, and aesthetically pleasing hotel with a central location. Great for a short stay (we were there for 5 days). The standard room was great, spacious and beautiful, very clean, and the bed was perhaps the most comfortable I've had in a hotel - better than in any luxury hotel I've been to. The bedding was good as well. Breakfast was not huge (the restaurant is quite small) but it was good nevertheless, with plenty enough choices for every taste. We didn't miss anything, and we're quite picky and demanding food-wise. The staff is super nice and friendly, always ready to help with whatever you need - just like every other Greek we've been in contact with during our stay in Athens. They are truly great people.

Cons: The Omonia Square is one of the worst neighborhoods in Athens, aesthetically speaking and when you look around at people there, it doesn't feel like you're in Greece but somewhere else entirely. It's still good because the location is central, but if you're sensitive to the looks and the atmosphere of the environment you're located in, like me, avoid staying in this area.
