Pros: Wonderful place in Kolonaki, right by Tsakalof Street. Stylish, clean room in one of the best areas of Athens. The service was warm and professional. Loved it!

Pros: Fantastic stay in Kolonaki! The location on Tsakalof is ideal, surrounded by cafés and shops. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Great host too.

Tsakalof street

Pros: I love Alex that I communicated with via booking.com, answers quickly and very helpful and respectful. Wonderful location, towels and sheets smells fresh and lovely, comfy bed. Private, pots and pans, utensils, soaps stovetop, kettle and refrigerator, smart tv ,cleaning products, love the lights on the bed head. Location is great, lots of restaurants, mini marts just across the street from the apartment,and a big supermarket on the end of the other street. Quiet area. I want to give a shout out to Alex. Thanks for making me feel so comfortable, much appreciated Alex. I would definitely recommend this apartment and I would stay there again.

Cons: What I didn't like was how the apartment was painted all black, makes it looks dark, even with the lights on. The front door is hard to open sometimes. i didn't like the loud noise when the front door slams, it sounded so loud in the apartment.

Cons: It is very hard to open the front door, most times I have to ask for help. I don’t understand that lock and key. The apartment always looks dark, because of that black paint.

It’s a great economical stay for a few days in a superb location. Easy instructions and access. Loved the neighborhood!

Pros: I really liked a comfortable, clean bed and a quiet side of the building.

Cons: The black painted ceiling to floor bathroom was not my favorite, though 😏

Pros: The location was excellent ! Syntagma square is a 10 minute walk 👍most of our tours departure at the square ! It was a great location The host was very friendly and easy to reach They have all you need for a short stay I highly recommend this property and his host

Cons: The shower was not properly set up and the water was everywhere after the shower

Pros: Appartamento ottimo nel quartiere Kolonaki, posizione perfetta, vicina al centro e alla metro, il che rende facile girare Atene a piedi. L’appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato. Pulizia impeccabile e personale disponibile e accogliente. La camera ha una TV enorme, per rilassarsi con un film dopo una giornata stancante. Altro punto a favore i 2 split con aria condizionata in camera e in sala, che rendono la casa molto fresca.

Cons: nessuno difetto effettivo, finestra del bagno piccolina, ma presente una porta che va sul balcone è compensa la poca luminosità del bagno

Pros: Очень приятные ,красивые ,чистые апартаменты, как на фотографиях в презентации на сайте! на кухне есть все необходимое ,даже был хороший молотый кофе для кофемашины, вода в холодильнике, чистое белье на кровати и хорошие полотенца. Апартаменты находятся в очень хорошем месте в самом центре Афин! Локация супер! Очень приличное элитное место - Колонаки! Прекрасная шумоизоляция! Очень удобная двухместная кровать, удобные подушки.Хороший интернет. Первый этаж. Через дорогу 2 небольших супермаркета, и сразу магазинчики и кафешки. В 5 минутах ходьбы холм Ликабетос, Синтагма 10 минут ходьбы. Хозяин квартиры общался со мной сразу после бронирования и отвечал быстро на все вопросы. Он сразу решал все мои проблемы! Я приехала в 2 часа ночи, ключ был доступный в боксе, очень просто найти адрес . С удовольствием остановлюсь в этих апартаментах ещё раз! Буду рекомендовать всем эту квартиру!
