Perfect location in the heart of Kolonaki-the best location in Athens

Pros: Perfect location right in the heart of beautiful Kolonaki. Everything was just a 3–5 minute walk to restaurants and cafés. Even though we booked last minute, everything was well organized. We stayed with our kids and it was perfectly comfortable for us as a family.

Pros: The apartment is in a quiet and nice neighborhood, with attractive little shops and restaurants around. The room is very large and in good condition. The staff team is helpful and responsive. Very nice stay at Athens.

Cons: not easy to get a taxi/uber and a little bit far from the subway station.

Fabulous!

Pros: The property felt like home. It was big, clean and provided everything we needed. The location is perfect, with an easy walk into the centre of Athens and plenty of places to eat or drink locally! I highly recommend this property and it will definitely be my base when I’m in Athens!

Excellent option for an Athens stay “like a local”

Pros: Great location with modern furnishings and plenty of air conditioning, strong wifi. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.

Cons: We were travelling with a toddler so it’s not the most child friendly place in terms of furniture (sharp edges etc) so we had to move some things out of the way. loose floor boards were also a trip hazard.

Excellent experience all-around in a very central and highly desirable area of Athens.

Pros: Great experience all-around: communication with the host was fast and effective. Great location 70m from Kolonaki Square. The apt is full of light from windows and good internal lighting. Sizable LR, kitchen and bedrooms, all well-laid-out and well-appointed. Lots of closet space. Well-functioning bathroom. With small details taken care of. SO HAPPY WE CHOSE THIS APT!

Cons: Two SMALL things: (i) Very minor creaks in a couple parts of the floor between the LR and dining area; and (ii) a very small design issue in the bathroom that could be corrected easily: rather than have a “stop-gap for the water from flowing out of the shower, if you do not pay attention, the water can more easily flow out of the area.

Absolutely perfect. Exceeded our expectations.

Pros: Apartment was clean, had high quality furnishings, was easy to use, and the location in Kolonaki was perfect. Multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops within a block. Really couldn't ask for more. We would definitely stay there again.

Cons: One set of keys was a bit of a challenge given we have to coordinate return times at the apartment. But no other issues. It is a really nice property.

Very nice apartment

Pros: The place itself is very clean, and located not far away from the touristic part of town. We didn't meet the host, the taxi driver let us in, but we communicated over whatsapp and it was fine.

Cons: This might be a matter of taste, but the mattress is very very soft and the pillows are very unsupportive, at least for our taste. also, there is a lot of noise coming from the neighbors
