"Cultural Athens" Kolonaki

A most comfortable weeks stay in a beautiful part of Athens.

Pros: A very comfortable and clean 1 bedroom apartment with a separate small kitchen, washing machine and a balcony fitted with a clothes line. The most comfortable king sized bed with airconditioning in the bedroom and lounge room … we had the best sleep of our whole holiday ! Location was excellent (10-15 min walk from Syntagma) in a quiet neighborhood with lots of cafes nearby. Beatrice our host was a delight and very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Stylish apartment in a great area of Athens

Pros: This lovely compact apartment is located in a relatively quiet and stylish neighbourhood about 10 minutes walk from Syntagma Metro station so it is very convenient. We were met at the apartment by the delightful and very kind owner who lives in the same building, showed around and left to settle in for our 5 night stay. The apartment has a living area, a tiny but useable kitchen with all the usual supplies, a small bathroom with walk in shower and a spacious bedroom with an extremely comfortable, firm king size bed. There is ample hanging space for clothes, bedside tables with lamps for reading and a washing machine which we were welcome to use. There is also a hanging area attached to the small rear balcony to dry clothes in the sun. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Comfy, location was great.

Pros: Fantastic location. Short and easy walk to all kolonaki cafes and bars short walk away from main attractions like plaka and ermou shopping. The location was great, bed was comfortable. Space in the lounge room to have our suitcase open. Well equipped kitchen.

Cons: It suited its purpose for me and my partner as we didn’t spend much time in the apartment, only to sleep. Didn’t like the smell of cigarette in the foyer area and the shower rail wasn’t working. Apartments was on ground floor and had no balcony.

Excellent flat in an excellent location.

Pros: This was a very comfortable and well equipped flat in an excellent location in Athens. We loved staying here. We were greeted with Greek delicacies and a bottle of wine which was very much appreciated. Beatrice was really nice and answered all our questions. Highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The location is perfect to explore Athens and the apartment is located in a quiet street but close to all the action. Beatrice was a lovely host and very helpful

Excellent apartment in the heart of Kolonaki district

Pros: Excellent location! Very easy to go to all main attractions in Athens! The host was very polite and helpful. Strongly recommended place to stay.

Perfect!

Pros: Was in a really nice area of Athens and only a 15-20 minute walk from to Palka (like the acropolis, Agora, markets and temple of Zeus). The host was so lovely and made us feel very welcomed. Cannot recommend enough.

Cons: Nothing it was perfect!

Pros: The location was ideal, a quite and fully equipped flat, with everything we needed. Beatrice is charming and very helpful, thanks again for everything.

Cons: The time to say goodbye! (our vacation was over)

Whether for business or holiday this apartment is a gem. I look forward to returning next summer!

Pros: This beautiful apartment is located on a quiet block in a neighborhood that provides easy access to the riches of Athens. The space is impeccably maintained, and has beautiful prints and paintings on the walls. The host, Beatrice, could not be more conscientious and attentive.

Pros: Super lokatie. Al het moois in Athene was vanuit hier goed bereikbaar. Het appartement is rustig gelegen in de mooie wijk Kolonaki. Goede bedden en goede service. De gastvrouw ik ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom een aanrader!
