Cozy apartment in Kolonaki Athens - Sleeps 5

In the heart of Athens!

Pros: We stayed in this apartment and had a wonderful experience. The location is exceptional – everything is within walking distance, and we didn’t need to use any public transport at all. Despite being so central, the street is very quiet and peaceful, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. We were able to do a self check-in, which was really convenient as we arrived very late, almost at midnight. Also, since there were no other check-ins scheduled for the day of our departure, the host kindly allowed us to stay a bit longer, which we truly appreciated. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need and looks exactly like the photos. There are two bedrooms and a spacious living room with a very comfortable sofa bed that serves as the fifth sleeping place. There’s also air conditioning, a bathroom, and a kitchen. I highly recommend this apartment!

Cons: Everything was Perfect!

Excellent location - perfect for a few days stay.

Pros: Excellent location (right in the center of Kolonaki). Walking distance from Syntagma. Spacious flat, can accommodate 4 people comfortably.

Cons: We could hear the people living on the upper floor ALL THE TIME. Some mornings we could hear a lot of noise. Also, there’s not a lot of natural light.

Best place I have ever stayed in Athens

Pros: I have visited Athens many times. This is by far the best place I have stayed. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable with an amazing power shower in the big bathroom. Kolonaki is a beautiful neighbourhood - so many gorgeous independent shops, restaurants, bars and dessert options! It is walking distance (15 mins) to the centre of Athens. Also very close to the cable car that takes you to the top of the hill that overlooks the Acropolis. Highly recommend for couples, friends or families (I travelled with my husband and 2 kids).

Pros: The Cosy Apartment in Kolonaki is within walking distance of Syntagma Square and the city centre. It is situated in a peaceful area with numerous shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, as well as museums and art galleries just a minute's walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, comfortable, and truly cosy. Our host, Kostis, was very helpful and friendly, and always available to assist with our queries. This was the best accommodation in Athens. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

Cons: No air-conditioning in the second bedroom.

Pros: We always stay in Kolonaki as it's a beautiful area very accessible to all the sights and this apartment is very well located in Kolonaki close to metro and restaurants shopping etc... The apartment is large and comfortable and well equipped with a modern clean bathroom.

Pros: Large flat, suitable for 5 persons Disney+ and Netflix as a bonus

Pros: We love the apartment. It’s spacious and well equipped It is in the heart of Kolonaki We were only a 3-5 minute walk from the nice restaurants, bars. Supermarkets are very close. The street is cute. Homeowner Kostis, was very helpful and kind.

Cons: We felt cold at night, we tried to turn on the AC on heat mode but it wasn’t working.

Pros: The appartment is close to all Important places to visit in Atena.

Cons: Missing of a dishwashers.
