Pros: Ήταν ολα άψογα. Απο την καθαριότητα την ευγένεια της οιξοδεσποινας τις παροχές.. πραγματικά δεν εχω λόγια!!

Cons: Δεν υπάρχει που να μην μου άρεσε σε αυτο το κατάλυμα.

Μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα σε μονοκατοικία της ελληνικής επαρχίας του 1970 λίγα μέτρα από την Πανόρμου!

Pros: Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικά ήσυχη σημείο, παρότι κεντρικότατοι δρόμοι βρίσκονται σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση. Είναι ο πρώτος όροφος μιας μονοκατοικίας με εσωτερική αυλή που παραπέμπει σε εικόνες προηγούμενης εποχής που μάλλον σήμερα αναπολούμε. Εσωτερικά, είναι εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρο και προσεγμένο στη λεπτομέρειά του. Η βεράντα του καταλύματος, υπό το φως του δρόμου, δημιουργεί δυνατές αναμνήσεις.

Cons: Η ανηφόρα για το κατάλυμα ίσως είναι κουραστική για ενοίκους με βαρείς σάκους ή βαλίτσες. Ως προς το εσωτερικό του, θα ήταν χρήσιμος κάποιος περιφερειακός φωτισμός τόσο στο δωμάτιο, όσο και στο σαλόνι.
