Pros: Excellent coffee, marble entrance hall tells of bygone splendour, reasonable furniture, everything functional, bakery nearby.. Good written instructions as to how everything was to be used/handled. You will find some people of lesser fortune nearby - they seem to manage.

Cons: Sleeping couch could not be used.

Pros: The apartment was cosy, quiet, with everything you need. Not exactly like in the pictures, but it was okay. Close enough to the subway, since we came/left late. We had a key box for access, so it was easy to get in even arriving at the property after midnight. The owner was very prompt in answering my messages and did us a big favour to keep our luggage longer in the apartment since the next people were coming the following day. Thank you again for a perfect stay.

Cons: The neighbourhood is very busy at all hours, lots of men in the street even late at night, but we felt safe. It's not necessarily the cleanest area, but Athens has very few places that you can say that they are well taken care of, so none of my objections are related to the property, but merely to the way the city is administered.

Cute little apartment equipped with everything you might need during your stay.

Pros: An ideal place to stay when in Athens if you prefer privately owned accomodations to hotels. Very close to Viktoria metro station and several local bus stops. Multiple supermarkets and bakeries are within walking distance. Easy to access. Air conditioned with a small balcony. For three people trying to get ready at once in the morning, the kitchen area and the bathroom are a bit small so I would mainly recommend the place for couples, even though there are three beds. There could be a bit more kitchenware, too, a few more mugs and knifes, forks could be added, maybe a microwave oven, but overall, a very pleasant little apartment, and these small details don't matter too much if you're out all day sightseeing, and only want a pleasant apartment to relax in the evening. The decoration is cute, I liked the colour changing lamps over the kitchen counter. Communication with the owner was very fast and efficient! Thank you for everything!
