Town house by Phoenix Apartments

Excellent stay

Pros: Our stay at the Town House by Phoenix Apartments was really excellent overall. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and very tastefully decorated with a beautiful aesthetic. It is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights is the large furnished terrace, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day, especially with its view towards the Acropolis. The location is very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, yet well connected to public transport, shops, and restaurants. The Tavros metro station (Green Line) is only a short walk away, making it easy to reach the center of Athens and the main attractions in less than 15 minutes.

Cons: There were only two small issues during our visit. On the first day, we couldn’t find the key in the keybox because the cleaner had accidentally taken it with her, so we had to wait outside the entrance for about half an hour before getting access to the apartment. Additionally, it’s better to use the shower rather than take a bath, as the bathroom pipes cannot absorb a large amount of water and it may overflow slightly onto the floor.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The neighborhood is quiet; if you walk through the vegetable market on Saturdays, you feel like a local because people are so friendly. In just a couple of minutes, you can reach the metro station and get to the city centre in no time. The owner, Maria, is very kind and does her best to meet every guest's need.

Appartamento molto grande con vista Acropoli ideale per raggiungere il centro in un quarto d'ora

Pros: Appartamento completamente rinnovato di recente, posto al quinto piano dell'edificio con un terrazzo enorme arredato con vista sull'Acropoli. Uno dei pochi appartamenti della zona con 2 bagni. Comodo per chi viaggia in auto con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito per strada o a pagamento in strutture molto vicine. Pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro linea verde stazione Tavros comoda per raggiungere il centro in meno di un quarto d'ora.

Cons: suggeriamo di mettere una sedia nelle camere o qualcosa su cui riporre i vestiti per la notte. L'asciugacapelli era stato nascosto benissimo perchè non l'abbiamo trovato, ma questo è un dettaglio poco influente.

Pros: Η διαμονή μας στο Town house by Phoenix Apartments ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική! Το διαμέρισμα ευρύχωρο, πεντακάθαρο, με προσεγμένη επίπλωση και πολύ όμορφη αισθητική, ενώ διαθέτει όλες τις παροχές που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Η βεράντα ήταν ιδανική για να χαλαρώσεις μετά από μια γεμάτη μέρα. Η τοποθεσία είναι τέλεια, σε ήσυχη γειτονιά με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε συγκοινωνίες, καταστήματα και εστιατόρια, ενώ μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά μπορείς να βρεθείς στο κέντρο της Αθήνας και σε όλα τα σημαντικά αξιοθέατα. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν ευγενέστατη και πάντα διαθέσιμη. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα Μαρία! Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε!
