Excellent host and great location!

Pros: The flat met our expectations! me and my parents stayed here for a couple of days and Miltos and his family made us feel very welcome! They even prepare some snacks and homemade marmalade for us, which was really kind. The place is really well connected with the city centre as well which is a plus.

Cons: The only thing we could think of was the shower, I don't know if that's how Greek bathrooms are but we found it difficult to take showers as there was not shower curtains and we ended up getting the whole bathroom wet. The kitchen was great, but we missed a microwave as well. Although there was an oven and cooker. Other than that, everything was great!

Pros: We were very comfortable in this apartment. Very central and well connected location and the host sent us by email instructions on how to get there and access it and recommendations for places to eat, shop and visit. 10/10 Also, it turns out that the furniture of the Greek grandparents is very similar to that of the Catalan grandparents, it was curious to feel \

We stayed here for three nights to visit Athens. The apartment was very convenient for public transport and for visiting

Pros: The apartment was very cosy and clean. The host was friendly and extremely helpful.

Cons: The neighbourhood wasn’t too exciting, but it was easy to get downtown with the metro.

Pros: The apartment was very clean. Pieces of old furniture were giving a fealing of warmth and relaxation. The location is perfect. It takes only 10-15 minutes to get to the Acropolis by metro. On the other hand, by using the same metro line in the opposite direction, the beaches of Glyfada and Vouliagmeni become easily accessible. Miltos is a great host, very helpful but unobtrusive.

Pros: We had a wonderful 5-day stay in this apartment in Athens! The location is excellent – just a short walk to the metro, and from there it’s only a few stops to the city center. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and well-kept. We felt completely safe at all times. The host took great care of us. He welcomed us with some delicious snacks and a homemade liqueur, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s not modern, but has a charming old-style character that adds to the atmosphere. If we ever return to Athens, we will definitely choose this apartment again – and this host! Highly recommended!

Little gem close to the metro!

Pros: This apartment is a little gem! So close to the metro you feel like you have Athens at your doorstep, but far enough away that you experience a slice of real Greek life. Apartment itself comfortable and well equipped to self cater. We appreciated being able to do our own washing. We stayed with 3 kids and the space worked well for us, they made use of the board games. Like you see in the pics, the apartment is frozen in time in terms of decor etc, but we think this adds to its charm. The welcome treats made us feel very welcome! The host also gives good tips about the neighbourhood.

Pros: The host was great. the apartment is really aesthetic and clean. There are all the facilities that you might need. Metro is right in the corner, therefore everything was really close.

Retro apartment in good location, not too far from Central Athens

Pros: Miltos was an fantastic host. He made us feel very welcome by leavinga a letter, snacks, homemade Ouzo and homemade marmolade! Never seen anything like it before when renting from Air B&B, hence I'll leave 10 out of 10. Small things makes life easier too like paper towel in the kitchen or a teatowel and coffee! We were just saying that those things are usually missed so it was a great surprise to see all the essentials. Communication with the host was great. Location very good and easy access to central Athens, we even walked there twice (about 30 minutes). As many people here commented that the lift should be changed or that the building is old and outdated - for me that was only positive! Love those type of places, reminds me of growing up back home, love the building atmosphere and love the lift! it worked absolutely fine 🙂 I also love the vintage style of the apartment, you can really feel the owner's grandparents touch.

Cons: there were ants in the kitchen. also found one cocrotch, but I'm not making a big deal about is as I've seen them before when staying in the hot country

Location for reaching both, city center and sea area was very convinient. Internet was excelent. Clean and cozy appartment.

Cons: Just elevator in the building is old style and small for more than 3 persons. But kids were excited
