Great central location with everything within easy reach
Pros: Very kind, helpful, and responsive hosts. The apartment is full of small details I haven’t experienced anywhere else: from toothbrushes and sanitary pads to snacks upon arrival. The location is very good, in the city center and close to everything.

Pros: When we opened the door it was a lovely surprise all bright and spacious plus wine and snacks :)
Cons: All lovely except bit hard to make dark at night as only thin curtains but really a very small matter as a beautiful well stocked place!

Beautiful apartment and very nice welcome details
Pros: The attention to details was extraordinary, you had everything you could need, from make up removers to face cleanser, toothbrush kit, body cream etc. There was also a welcome basket with breakfast stuff and wine and a perdonalized handwritten note which I thought very sweet. The communication was also fast and efficient. The place is new, clean and decorated in a beautiful way.
Cons: The noise from the street, however if you get home tired from touristing around all day you might not notice much

Pros: It is very obvious that the Kynos Studio host takes great care to provide a space that is clean and like home. The extra care taken to provide a number of supplies and a welcome pack is much appreciated. Kynos is in a great location with Athens sites and the Metro being in walking distance. It can be noisy but that is expected in a big city but is quiet at night when it needs to be.

Pros: The accommodation was very clean and nicely decorated. There were also lots of things available (cookies and other breakfast items, coffee, toothbrushes, tampons... in short, lots of things that can be useful if you find you're missing something). It's clear that the owners go out of their way to make travelers feel at home. Thank you to them!

Pleasant stay in Athens!!
Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at Kynos Studio. The host prepared a thoughtful welcome gift with some food and snacks that was relaxing after a long flight. They also promptly communicated any info we needed and were accommodating with a late check out. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location, about a six minute walk to Sygrou Fix metro and fifteen minutes to the Acropolis and neighbourhoods of Plaka, Monastiraki. There are also shops and cafés nearby to purchase groceries for cooking, coffee and water and salt was provided (albeit oil would have been a plus). There is a hill to climb if you are arriving from the metro, so we recommend taking a taxi if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues.
Cons: It can be a bit noisy at times due to construction, the neighbours upstairs, and delivery guys knocking on the main door which we thought was knocking on our door as the studio is adjacent on the ground floor. WiFi was unstable, may have been due to the location. More blankets/duvet would have been nice as it was colder at night.

Pros: Bien situé. Proche d une Supérette et d une boulangerie .Proche du métro et du tram Studio joliment décoré, très fonctionnel beaucoup d espace, panier de gourmandise pour le petit déjeuner très appréciable Hôte à l écoute et très disponible .
Cons: Au Rez de chaussée d un immeuble ,devant l entrée donc un peu bruyant . Pas de vue et la fenêtre donne sur le trottoir donc on a laissé les rideaux fermés

Ambiente molto curato e spazioso, con ottima pulizia e cura. Proprietari simpatici e cordialissimi
Pros: Location molto pulita e comoda per raggiungere il centro perché situata a circa 20 minuti dal centro (anche se non si volesse camminare, ci sono vicini sia il bus sia la metro). L’appartamento, per due persone, è molto spazioso, unica pecca la doccia, che tende ad allagare il bagno in quanto il vetro che la divide dal resto della stanza è un po’ piccolo. L’alloggio, nonostante affacci sulla strada, non è per nulla rumoroso e garantisce comfort e privacy. I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e cordiali, lasciandoci tanti snack e una bottiglia di vino come omaggio di benvenuto, con tanto di bigliettino per ringraziarci! Abbiamo anche incontrato di persona Angelo e sua moglie, che ci hanno confermato l’idea che ci eravamo fatti di loro, scambiando due piacevoli chiacchiere e consigliandoci anche altre mete da visitare in Grecia. Non possiamo quindi che consigliarlo a tutti!!!

Fantastico
Pros: L’appartamento, moderno e estremamente pulito, è dotato di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno e si trova a pochi passi da una fermata della metro. A questi vantaggi si unisce la gentilezza e la cortesia del proprietario, che ci ha fatto trovare tutto il necessario per la colazione, una bottiglia di vino, dolci e, perfino, un regalo per il bambino. Pienamente soddisfatto. Se ritornassi ad Atene, questa sarebbe la struttura che sceglierei

Εξαιρετική διαμονή
Pros: Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας. Το κατάλυμα είναι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, μέσα στο κέντρο, οπότε μπορούσαμε να πάμε σχεδόν παντού με τα πόδια. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, άνετο και αρκετά ευρύχωρο — ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Φτάσαμε αργά το βράδυ, αλλά ο οικοδεσπότης είχε φροντίσει να έχουμε ζεστό νερό και μας περίμενε κι ένα μικρό δωράκι καλωσορίσματος, κάτι που μας έκανε πολύ θετική εντύπωση. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός, μας βοήθησε με ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε και μας έδωσε και ωραίες προτάσεις για φαγητό και βόλτες. Νιώσαμε πραγματικά σαν στο σπίτι μας. Κύριε Άγγελε σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα!Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε σίγουρα!
