‏Beautiful new apartments, an excellent location near cafés, and outstanding service – highly recommended for both short

Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic, right next to a vibrant boulevard full of cafés and great places to sit, eat, and enjoy the atmosphere. The apartments are brand new, beautifully designed, very spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including fast and reliable internet. The building also offers great additional facilities – a well-equipped gym in the basement and a beautiful rooftop jacuzzi, which is perfect for relaxing after a day out. The place is ideal for both short visits and longer stays. Most importantly, the service was outstanding – every question or request we had was answered quickly and kindly, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Cons: Honestly, nothing significant. Everything was comfortable, well maintained, and exactly as described.

Pros: Sehr große Wohnung, angenehme Betten und eine gute Lage im angesagten Viertel. Das Apartment ist relativ neu.

Cons: Leider sind die Wände sehr hellhörig, wir haben unsere Nachbarn bis später in die Nacht gehört. Ein Fitnessstudio haben wir nicht gefunden, obwohl es in der Beschreibung angekündigt war. Die Sauna auf der Dachterrasse ist zwar vorhanden, es steht aber nirgends, wie man sie einschaltet oder von wann bis wann sie eingeschaltet ist. Man muss von hier jedoch sehr viel mit dem Taxi fahren, die Altstadt Innenstadt ist über 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die Straßen dorthin sind nicht gut, um zu Fuß zu gehen.
