Ottima posizione, molto silenzioso per essere in pieno centro

Pros: Posizione eccezionale, pieno centro ma assolutamente silenziosa la via (direi pedonale). La notte non si sentiva alcun rumore proveniente dalla strada. Appartamento esattamente come in foto. Pulizia ok. Ottima assistenza da parte di chi gestisce la proprietà tramite messaggi molto chiari per l'accesso all appartamento (con foto annesse). Ottimo terrazzo perfettamente godibile a metà aprile.

Cons: Occorre tener presente che il palazzo in cui è ubicato l'appartamento è abbastanza fatiscente, come capita spesso anche per altri appartamenti in centro ad atene. A piano terra occorre aprire una saracinesca (se si arriva in orario non lavorativo) che è in comune con due negozi a piano terra, ma è tutto comodamente spiegato dai gestori dell'appartamento/proprietari. A volte può essere fastidioso il rumore dell'ascensore se viene utilizzato dai vicini molto spesso (purtroppo abbiamo avuto una sera dei \
