Pros: Location was great for us as it was close to friends. The alley is a bit dark and there was a lot of trash and motobikes due to construction across the street, but it's a very quiet and safe street. We've stayed in this neighborhood before so we are familiar with it and it was central to food, shopping, transportation, the park and friends for us. The apartment was extra clean and exactly as it appears and the hosts were quick to reply to requests like extra keys and such. The closets were spacious enough for our suitcases, which was nice. Apt didn't get much light, but that was kind of perfect for our jetlag and nightlife centric visit. Overall a great deal for the price.

Cons: It would have been nice to have instructions for the washer/dryer since they only had icons I was unfamiliar with as an American (I figured it out with a couple videos on youtube). A form of soap in the bathroom and maybe any extra floor mat since there is not curtain or door to keep the small shower stall from getting the rest of the floor wet. The bed and sofas were pretty stiff and thin, but we slept fine. It was perfect for the price. My biggest complaint was for Booking.com. Before we arrive, we wanted to extend the stay an extra 5 days we contacted the host, but they were unable to make the extension as we had already paid. I contacted Booking several times within 2 weeks to which as a plus member, they said I had priority and would be contacted within 24 hrs. this did not happen once in the 2 weeks I had been trying to extend the stay. That's a loss of money they could have had and loss of time and effort on my end. Our friends were not happy that we booked a BNB in the neighborhood (the neighborhood is getting gentrified and an influx of bnbs is making it unaffordable for locals) that they set us up in a much larger multi-room apartment for free. If this was any other neighborhood, we'd stay here again, but since it's Kipseli, we'll stay with friends or in a hotel to not disrupt the housing market here.

Pros: Clean, great spot close to all the cool bars, super close to the city center and the host has been super helpful.
