Pros: הדירה מסודרת, מרווחת ונקיה. המיטות הזוגיות בשני החדרים נוחות מאוד. המטבח יפה ומאובזר במכשירים חשמליים איכותיים. נוף מדהים לאקרופוליס ולחלקים נוספים של אתונה.

Cons: בחדר השלישי היתה אמורה להיות ספה נפתחת למבוגרים. הספה היתה קטנה ובעיה בפתיחתה. בתי נאלצה לישון במזרון על הרצפה. הבניין נמצא במעלה ההר. יש לקחת בחשבון שהעליה ברגל וכן הירידה די קשים.
