Modern design apartment near Acropolis

Perfect apartment for our one family’s one night stay in Athens

Pros: Spacious, clean apartment which was great for our family of four, especially after a week in a tiny room on a cruise! Location was excellent, an easy walk to everything we needed. Excellent communication from Chris and clear instructions on how to access the property, Chris also helped us arrange transfers on arrival and departure which was greatly appreciated.

Cons: With a bit of road noise during the night and no block out blinds we found it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Also, have to allow 30 mins for hot water before showers. There were spare pillows but no pillowcases provided

Pros: We were a couple with three teenagers. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and pleasant, in a great location. Chris and his wife were very kind and helpful, and gave us useful information. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place!

Great location, superb host, comfortable beds

Pros: Excellent communication from the host, help organising taxis from airport, superb location in a cool neighbourhood but out of the tourist mayhem and only 5-10 min walk to the acropolis and a metro station is less than 5 mins walk. Nice simply furnished apartment on first floor and comfortable beds.

Cons: Shower tray was a bit shabby and there were a couple of minor broken things needed attention which have let the host know so should be addressed. No bedding for the sofa bed which we needed so if you need this extra bed then be sure to request in advance so bedding can be supplied. Felt a little on the expensive side but you are paying for the location. Would still recommend this apartment

Pros: Plenty of space. Everything we needed was provided (towels, cooking utensils, iron etc). The beds are huge and really comfortable! Location location location. SO close to the centre, museum and acropolis. Many cafes and restaurants close by. Close to metro / train too - all 5/10 min walk. Chris the owner is very nice and helpful! Quick responses to by messaged and questions.

Convenient and comfortable apartment!

Pros: The apartment was just right for our family stay for a few days. Everything was as described with the convenience of several grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Cons: The tea kettle would not work and the freezer was frozen solid. These did not ruin our stay but would have been nice to utilize. Also, having more than one single kitchen towel would have been nice.

Great stay in Athens

Pros: Fantastic location. Good facilities, especially having a washing machine. Peaceful Handy to many shops, restaurants, and local sites.

Cons: Everything was great.

Close proximity to acropolis, plaka shops and restaurants! Staff extremely responsive and helpful. Loved Athens !

Pros: Location and proximity to the acropolis and plaka shops was on point. Travelling with 3 kids so important to have activities close by ! Close proximity to restaurants, bakeries and coffee. Staff were amazing and helpful. Chris arranged a transfer for our large group from the airport to the hotel and we ended up using the same drivers for all our transport in Athens! They were amazing and accommodating. Definitely recommend !

Cons: Nothing ! Loved it all.

Pros: it was clean, had an iron and coffer pot overall had a good stay, host was fantastic and helpful in arranging transfers

A fabulous place to stay!

Pros: We loved this apartment. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The location was amazing. A two minute walk to the train station, one minute from many amazing restaurants and food options, one minute from a very well stocked supermarket and about a ten minute walk to the Acropolis. Highly recommend staying here.
