Spacious apartment, perfect for seeing the sights

Pros: The location of the apartment is easy walking distance to top sites with a lovely Greek deli and coffee shop below. Loved having a balcony and washing machine

Cons: Despite the email with info sent beforehand locating the lockbox on the day and finding the apartment took some time. Perhaps this could be shared via booking.com as well as the website.

Cons: Communication and check in process I was standing outside with my kids for the 40 minutes, and the guy wasn’t responding

Home away from home with comfy beds near the historic area of Athens.

Pros: Great location, under 5 minute walk to the Sygrou-Fix metro stop. Nice neighborhood with a variety of places to eat and pick up grocery items. Easy walk to the Acropolis sites. 2nd floor apartment had elevator access. Host posts very clear instructions for the rental, both through the booking site and also in a comprehensive book in the apartment including suggestions of sights and restaurants.

Cons: A couple of small trash bags would be helpful to easily replace bags after taking the trash out. A squeegee would be handy to have for the bathroom shower floor as the water doesn’t completely drain.
