A very beautiful experience
Pros: Wonderful apartment in a convenient area for amenities and the metro, which takes you to the city center in two stops. The apartment is meticulously designed, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. It offers ample living space, both inside and out, with a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchenette with new appliances, and two bedrooms. The bathroom has a washing machine, and there's a sunny, furnished outdoor terrace. The host, Konstantinos, is always available for any need. Whenever I return to Athens, I hope to have the opportunity to stay in Konstantinos's apartment again.

Lovely modem apartment with great facilities
Pros: The apartment was very modern and clean. Beds were very comfortable and you had 2 pillow options from a memory type and normal pillows to choose from. The location was really great with a lovely bakery, supermarket and restaurants within walking distance (photo attached is highly recommended). Having its own car park was also a bonus. Konstantinos the owner was very approachable and kept in contact in case you needed anything.

Outstanding apartment!
Pros: The apartment is super clean, everything looks brand new. All the things you may need during the trip are there. The owner was really helpful. We felt like home.

A great base for Ilisia
Pros: Excellent base in the Ilisia area. There is a kiosk supermarket, coffee places and decent grill restaurant all within 2 minutes' walk. The main shopping areas in Ilisia are a short walk from the property. The whole apartment block seems to be well-managed and feels secure. Very helpful host (Konstantinos) should you need anything.
Cons: There is a small park in front of the property with gym-style equipment and sometimes there is noise in the evening.

Pros: Our stay in the apartment was very comfortable and smooth. The apartment was professionally cleaned, the linens were new and bright, and all the details were carefully prepared. Beverages in the fridge, coffee capsules normal and decaf, tv and air conditioner in every room, and many others details. The owners are very polite and response quickly. The apartment is near to the main road, near to cafeterias and supermarkets. There was no parking space, but you can park for free on the main road or nearby the house.

Comfortable stay in warm Athens
Pros: Nice modern apartment 10 minutes walk from metro station. Good for family of up to 5 members. Owner is very friendly and responds to messages swiftly. I liked the art on the wall!

Pros: It is a great, big, 3 room, apartament, that might be perfect for families becaeuse it have 2 seperate rooms to sleep: bedroom and second room for children. Airconditioning was doing its job. The drinks in fridge were a nice addition. The shops, caffes ane restaurants are just by the corner. The noice from the street is noticable, but as for the Athens it is comparably quiet.
Cons: Trip to antique parts take some time (20-40 minutes), metro is 20 minutes walk. Instruction for the balcony door would be helpfull.

Perfect place for families
Pros: Apartment was so nice and clean, had everything what you need for quick or long holidays. Actually looks better then in pictures. All the amenities were new or looks like barely used. There is AC in each room which was a life saver for us. Balcony is big and spacious,host left some toys&colouring books for kids. When we arrived we found some cold drinks in the fridge which was very nice. There is free parking by the apartment, sometimes is difficult to find spaces but we work it out. We stayed there for full week, host contacted me several times during our stay asking if we need anything. I will highly recommend booking this place.

Very comfortable apartments for family
Pros: Very caring hosts. Nothing was missing in the apartment, everything was thought out and taken care of. It was a very comfortable apartment for a family. It was very nice to find games as well as drinks in the fridge.
Cons: Maybe place can be a little bit closer to the Metro.
