Pros: The property has recently been renovated to good standards. The flat is spacious and feels very comfortable.
Cons: We visited during winter and the flat was cold. There are 5 AC units in the house but they are not very efficient (some of them didn't produce hot air). The dishwasher door is not fitted well and there was no mop available which was really necessary for a long stay. Also, the selection of kitchen accessories is quite poor for the flat standards and it would be a small cost to add some more (pan bottom was not flat etc).

Great location, super efficient friendly hostess, living like the locals
Pros: Location was terrific, in a quite residential neighbourhood of the local Athenians. Acropolis was just 2.5 kms very convenient. Large food, cafe, tavern options made it great. Christina was a super efficient, prompt & helpful hostess.
Cons: Property was what it promised to be. All gadgets working, place spotlessly clean. Open air sit out was a great promise but not so clean due to open air.

We had an amazing stay in this apartment. Will book it again.
Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfy. The host Christina was so helpful, replied to messages immediately and helped with everything we asked. There’s shops very close by. The area is quiet as well.

Pros: I loved everything about this apartment. From the friendly nature of the staff, the cosy decoration and the quietness of the environment. The apartment was fully equipped with everything that made a home comfortable living. It was a few stops away from the city centre with bus 227 and closer to the acropolis mesuem. I recommend this for anyone who is planning a getaway in Greece. In short, everything was perfect.
Cons: I loved everything ❤️.

Perfect!
Pros: Our stay in this apartment has been wonderful. The apartment is fully renovated, everything is new, very clean, and very well maintained. The area is quiet and safe, with easy access to public transportation and close to the city center. Without a doubt, we’ll be back!

Great base for a family city break!
Pros: Spacious, well presented, contemporary and clean with everything needed for day to day living. Good space for a couple, a family of four or friends. Short walking distance to local transport links and approx. 25 minute walk into central Athens.

Good accommodation, clean and I recomand it.
Pros: The apartment is so clean, it is modern looking and it is very quite. It is easy to go to the citycenter, we used the bus or sometimes walking
Cons: There was washing machine and dishwasher but there was no powder or pods to use so we spent another 20-30 euros on these stuff, would be nice to have just 2-3 pods to use and not buy full pack. Same story for the caffe machine, we did not know what to but to use it so it was not helpful to have it.

Overall an excellent place
Pros: A/C in every room working well, a lot of space, clean rooms and a nice TV.
Cons: There wasn't any salt/rinse aid and pods for the dishwasher.

Pros: the apartment was very well decorated, had loads of appliances, super cool bougie fridge and the setup was nice for the 3 of us to not feel crowded
Cons: to be honest nothing, the area was quiet and the building was well maintained and modern they even had a hairdryer

Despite some minor flaws, it's an excellent place to stay and will do if we re-visit Athens
Pros: *Excellent location near to grocery stores, bus stops and easy walking distances to the town centre. *Apartment was spacious for 3 grown adults. *Each room was furnished well. *The lounge was comfortable. *The kitchen was fully equipped. *The bathroom was fitted nicely and smart looking. *En suite for one of the bedrooms alongside a single bathroom. *Balcony access from all bedrooms. *Great communication with the hosts.
Cons: *Toilet flush was so powerful that it sprayed out and above the seat level - so had to keep the lid closed when flushing. Not a biggy and something that could easily be fixed. *One of the two over trays was not washed upon our arrival. *Could hear the neighbours, but honestly, it wasn't much of an issue.
