Central & Comfortable

Pros: Excellent connection with City center. Tram and Metro station are one minute from the apartment. Nice, clean and cozy apartment with terrace (Acropolis view). The apartment has coffee machine, very comfortable bed… Very kind host. All recommendations for this apartment.

The balcony and the view of Acropolis

Pros: The balcony is the best thing about this apartment. I’ve spent a lot of time there at my stay in November, and I think it is awesome all year around because they have put some nice lighting and decor so it feels really cozy with the direct view of Acropolis. The location is perfect. Metro is around the corner, and you can also return with tram from Syntagma square to the station in front of the apartment. The neighborhood is good and feels safe. They have board in the kitchen that can be stretched and used as a desk, that was pretty useful for me because I had to do some work on my laptop. They also had Nespresso machine with capsules, and some jam and toast for breakfast. Marcos (host) was really nice, he welcomed me and explained everything, gave me some tips what to see and where to eat. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip! :)

Pros: It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location is good as It was convenient to get to the metro and tram.

Cons: Bedroom only had a fan. Fortunately the air conditioning worked well in the apartment so we didn’t feel hot.

Comfy apartment at the city center

Pros: Very central apartment , extremely comfortable with all the basic amenities. Lovely balcony and attentive host.

Pros: The apartment looks just like at the pictures, with a lovely balcony and great view of the Acropolis. It’s very comfortable and has everything you might need. The area is just fabulous! The flat is located just off the Neos Kosmos metro station, surrounded by many cafes, restaurants, and shops, but without the hectic, touristy vibe. You can easily walk to the Acropolis and Plaka, or get there in just a few minutes by metro (2 stops). I also really appreciated the assistance and warm hospitality of the host, Marios — thank you for your flexibility and for accommodating our late check-out. If I visit Athens again — which I’d love to — I would definitely like to stay with Marios and in the Neos Kosmos area.

Pros: If you are looking for an affordable option, this apartment is a right choice offering all facilities for everyday living. Location is quiet convinient, close to both tram and metro stations. Although the space is not too large, its absolutely suitable for up to three people. The owner is very responsive as well. And the balcony is definetely the best part of it.

Cons: It at takes a bit of effort to get shower on at first, but once its on, it is not a big deal

Perfect Stay with View of the Acropolis

Pros: The location was perfect, and it was such a joy to wake up each morning to a stunning view of the Acropolis from the terrace.

Cons: Everything was great! My only suggestion would be to add a light above the large mirror near the main door, it would be really helpful when applying makeup.

Perfect place to stay in Athens

Pros: The flat is perfect for 2 people. The balcony is very nice and cosy with a dining table and chairs. The metro station Neos Kosmos is just a few meters away and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. There are some places to eat and have a drink downstairs and even more in the koukaki neighborhood, 15 minutes on foot from the apartment (most of them on the streets Veikou and Falurou). Marios, our host, was very kind and even waited for us to welcome us to the flat, even if we arrived late at night (between 1 and 2 am). He shared his list of favourite places on Google maps which we appreciated very much.

Pros: Very nice apartment, clean, all needed equipment besides bottle opener was there. Marios was super helpful, gave a lot of useful insights. No noise bothered me at nights, safe neighborhood. Good price/performance

Cons: Not the most comfy shower for big person

Pros: Dear Marios, Thank you for everyting! Central location, very kind and helpful host. Beautiful view from the terrace to the Acropolis. 2 minutes from the metro and tram station. Supermarket, coffee shops 1 minute distance. Athene is a wonderful city with a lot of sights, so we surely want to come back.

Cons: The floor was a bit dusty, but we have found the vacuumcleaner and used it. No problem.
