Unique Semi-Basement Stay at the Foot of the Acropolis

We had a great stay very homely and comfortable and got to enjoy a lovely part of Athens

Pros: Apartment was in the perfect position and host was easily contactable if needed. Although in basement still had windows and was very roomy with aircon. Close to all shopping streets and restaurants galore!

Magical and unique experience! Location perfect, shops nearby and amenities all made it a great and memorable stay!

Pros: Location!! There is something so special to be staying directly underneath the acropolis. The perfect location to do all the main sights and the evenings it’s magical walking around the streets lined with restaurants and shops. It was clean, all amenities, lovely hot shower, comfortable bed. Easy check in and check out with lock box.

Cons: A little dark, but that’s due to it being basement, which we knew when we booked. Not much storage, the only cupboard seemed to be full of stuff, including a printer! If that was emptied would have been helpful. Ok for us for two nights though. Lights take a bit of working out too!

Super location and good clean apartment

Pros: Very comfortable, clean and well organised apartment. Excellent location near the Acropolis and Acropoli metro station. Clear guest’s platform where you can find all instructions and information about the check-in, how to find the apartment etc.

Pros: The proximity to everything is second to none from this apartment! Stepping out the door each day to the view of the Acropolis and Parthenon was worth its weight in gold. Cafes and restaurants are just around the corner, as is the metro system. The apartment itself is adequate for a couple exploring Athens as it has all necessary equipment for a comfortable stay.

Pros: The location could not be better, we're literally in Acropolis, step out the door and you see the great Parthenon every single time you come in/out the apartment - it is so exciting. Also this location saved us a lot of energy since the Museum and Acropolis itself is just a few meters away. So we had more time to walk around and enjoy the spirit of ancient Athens. The semi-basement is super clean and everything was sanitized. In its category the apartment is exceptional.

Pros: The apartment was cozy, felt like home. All the necessary equipment’s were there. The location was excellent

Cons: The only problem we faced on the last day and we didn’t face any such type of problem anywhere in the world as we have travelled to a lot of countries was that they didn’t provide to keep luggage. It’s not possible that anyone could catch a flight right at the time of check out and in international travel we have bulk luggage’s which couldn’t be carried to roam around. We only asked the owner to keep our two strollers for 3 hours but he simply refused to keep the same and it was really disheartening and the whole fun of staying at that place went away at the same moment

Loved our stay at this apartment in particular because of the location. Would definitely stay here again !

Pros: Location, Location Location!!!!!! Well kept apartment

Cons: There was a smell in the apartment and it was dark as it was located in the basement. However as we really weren’t staying in during the day it did not impact us.

Best location and perfect comfort!

Pros: The apartment was comfortable, well equipped and perfectly situated. Close to the Acropolis, restaurants, shopping and the Acropolis museum.

Pros: Location, setup, service, organised, responsive. Would come back. would advise to my friends. It was no problem the early checkin, very well. Very well organised welcome, the location tops everything. Nice, cute. Thank you!

Cons: The beautifully designed bed is for young or fit people, otherwise it is difficult to get in and out of it. Overall was clean, but the cleaners might have been under pressure, because they have left few things uncleaned in the bathroom (basin, basin bench, wall under the mirror, bathroom door). The sofa and desk are a bit outdated, but I am not complaining for that.
