Luxury apartment in Sepolia

Pros: Amazing modern apartment with superb interiors and marvellous decoration. Close to city center, just 4 metro stations. Close to metro Many nice supermarkets around Many good cafes in the neighbourhood

Cons: Nothing.

Great 2 weeks stay in this appartment

Pros: I think it was one of the best appartments I've stayed in. Well equipped, very confortable beds and the owner thought at everything: the kitchen full of plates&glasses, the bathroom with paper, shampoo and bath lotions, we could wash and dry our clothes, a lot of towels and pillows, 3 air conditioning(!!!!), cleaning products and also a welcome gift in the fridge. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with lots of caffe bars, great restaurants and big and small stores. Also the metro station Sepolia was near, just a 5 minute walk. I liked as well that the building has an elevator (usefull when you have luggages/shopping bags). Thank you and hope to come back!!

Nice apartment. Wish I booked for longer!

Pros: The area surrounding the apartment was really nice and I felt safe at all times. The fridge also had some soft drinks as welcome which was nice as they weather was hot and the owner was very friendly and understanding.

Cons: Nothing , everything was brilliant.

Pros: Appartement was great. Clean rooms, well-stuffed kitchen (you can prepare dishes by yourself if you want without any problem). Very good localization of appartement, near metro station (5 minutes on foot). Also near metro station good supermarket.

Very good stay

Pros: Good location and safe environment, with nice neighbours 👍 . The host was always quick to respond to our calls and messages.

Nice stay in a very comfortable Apartment

Pros: The apartment is really spacious and it is equipped with all the essentials that one needs, incl. an ironing board and hair dryer etc. The two beds are comfortable. The apartment is located roughly in the middle of two metro stations. Sepolia is closer and Attiki is a bit farther away. But both can be easily reached by foot. There are some nice bakeries, shops, groceries stores, and (fast food) restaurants in the area.

Cons: There are only two cons that come to my mind and both are notbthe apartment's fault. First you can hear the neighbors. One on particular was laughing and making noise soooo loud, it was crazy and annoying. However this happened only on saturday. The second point is that the apartment is not as close to the city center as I initially thought. So ot takes like 25 minutes to get to the centre.

Cons: No central heating yet however portable heaters provided which work perfectly to heat up the place in addition to existing ACs 5 - 6 walking to nearest metro station Limited nice restaurants in neighbourhood

Pros: Comfortable place. There are 2 metro stops, convenient grocery stores, snacks nearby. Very easy to pick up the key. Given our late arrival and early departure, this was extremely important to us. Thank you for the welcome. There was water in the fridge which was also important due to our late arrival.

Cons: everything was fine

For a family or two couples who want to stay several days: This is your place to do so.

Pros: This was one of the most complete apartments I have encountered and I've been in dozens. There is everything four people will need, not only the beds. You get storage space for 4, the table is big enough for 4 and the kitchen con be used to cook for 4. Even the wastebin is big enough for 4. All appliances are new and all I used worked. The ceiling is a bit higher than I'm accustomed from Germany, maybe at about 3m or slightly more. This and the very good lighting lets you simply forget that you don't have much of a view. Even so the two bedrooms are amply lit as both have access to the small balcony. Also nice: Items that are cheap but cannot be purchased in small quantity for a short stay like laundry detergent are supplied. During my stay of 6 nigths I simply found whatever I needed - perfect.

Cons: There's hardly anything I can criticize unless I'd be nitpicking.

Pros: The house is well equiped. There are everything that you might need for comfortable stay! The flat is very cozy and clean. Quite and safe neighbourhood. Thanks the attentive and welcoming hosts!
