Luxury Studio in the heart of Kolonaki

Pros: The quietness, the easy access, the full blinds. Most of all, excellent host service. They even had coffee, biscuits etc.

A cosy studio flat in the center of kolonaki

Pros: Great location, everything is included , like a hotel room, very good communication with the property and immediate attention.

Cons: A bit cold in the winter , could do with some extra plugs near the bedsides , sometimes there is noise from outside babies it’s in the lower ground floor but generally not noisy , better tv reception

Pros: Nice little studio. Unfortunately only a very brief stay, so didn’t make the most of it.

Smart, modern, cosy apartment in the centre of Kolonaki

Pros: Modern, quiet, cosy apartment in the centre of Kolonaki. The interior is cleverly designed with ample storage space for bags/clothes and the facilities are comprehensive.. kettle, coffee machine, microwave, crockery, iron, ironing board. Everything you would need whether staying for a couple of nights or longer term. Fantastic!

Pros: Location was perfect for our short stay in Athens. Good market, stores and restaurants nearby. It was also very clean and quiet. They provided water and refreshments. Veronica was a helpful host. Check-in/out process was easy.

Cons: The bathroom got completely wet after shower. It was impossible to take a shower without using some bath rugs to dry the floor. The building lower level wasn't pleasant - weird smell. Lack of plugs right beside the bed.

Overall a good stay

Pros: The apartment is clean and modern. It's located in a nice area, a lot of good restaurants and brunch places. Also, close to a metro station.

Cons: It's in the basement and directly next to a street. As a light sleeper, I could hear the car passing by and couldn't sleep very well. The bathroom is tiny and the water spilled from the shower.

Good value for money

Pros: Excellent location, very clean and bonus for the snacks, toiletries and nespresso capsules!

Cons: the fact that it was semi-underground which we had not realised when we booked it

Pros: All the contents were new and high quality. Very safe - door and the area. Best part of Athens, lots of good shops and not so touristy.
