Great place to stay in Athens!

Pros: Great place to stay in Athens - clean, quiet, functional heating, plenty of hot water, clean sheets and towels, nice and safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars and shops in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, within walking distance of the main sights/attractions. Easy communication with the owner. Fair price.

Cons: The only downside may be the unpleasant steep stairs to the house and the unpleasant and even arrogant staff of the garage, where the owner has parking (for an additional fee of 14 euros/24 hours - we knew this in advance, I don't see this as a problem). Even though the garage staff was unpleasant, we were glad to leave the car there, parking around the apartment is probably impossible, the streets were narrow and completely filled with parked cars. However, these are facts that the owner cannot influence.

Great choice to stay in Pangrati

Pros: The best place to stay in Athens is somewhere that keeps you away from the chaos, yet still within walking distance of all the main attractions. Around 20min walk distance to Syntagma. The house is perfect and includes everything that you need to have for your stay.

Pros: For two couples, the apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and clean, equipped with all necessary commodities. The location is excellent for those who seek easy access to the city's center, the Acropolis, the Parliament restaurants, bars, etc. There are a lot of places around to eat - even a sushi bar. We enjoyed it.

Cons: The area is in the heart of the city, so finding a free parking lot is almost an impossible mission. There is a private parking some 100 meters away for 14 euros per day. The balcony is relatively small, which is also normal for this neighborhood.
